Welcome to your next relaxing get away in the gorgeous and cool White Mountains. This perfect location is feet away from golfing and close to hiking, kayaking, fishing, tennis, restaurants and so much more. Three bedrooms and two full baths, full size washer/dryer, lower level condo which sleeps six comfortably. Fully furnished with all amenities including a fire place, outdoor table, propane BBQ grill and unlimited relaxation! Very clean and cabin cozy!

The condo was nice, but not for someone who wants a long stay (2 Months) and plans on cooking most meals. I bought several kitchen utensils that were lacking and needed to buy 3 pans. The pans provided are not really usable, second to damage to the surface. The lady who "oversees" the unit was very helpful with any of my inquiries. The location is great! A few miles from the town of "Lakeside." Lots of fun shops. The clubhouse is right outside the door, a nice establishment to have a "happy hour" or dinner. I would stay again for a much shorter time.

this place is amazing. nestled between the golf course and hidden from the main road but close to all the restaurants and little shops I would go back often just to stay at this property!!

Great location, beautiful decor

This is our 2nd visit and we loved it just as much. You can’t go wrong staying here if you’re a golfer! Just a gorgeous golf course, and the Barclay’s Restaurant, just steps away (above the pro shop) is superb with wonderful service.

Great Location

Our trip was centered around golf and the proximity to the Pinetop CC was excellent, walking distance! The unit was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults, decorated nicely and updates were noticeable.

Nice location

We owned a place in this development for several years.. it was nice going back, the surrounding property is so nice and the golf course is beautiful. The condo was very nice and comfortable.. I would definitely stay there again.

Truly a Home Away from Home

We just loved it, and it was just steps from the pro shop so my husband was in heaven. He was able to go to the driving range as often as he wanted, and we enjoyed nice walks in the cool mountain air. Great Golf course. The kitchen was very well stocked, with everything you need for cooking your own meals, and there was a propane barbecue grill as well. The bed was really comfortable. We will definitely be back.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!

Three of us went to a wedding at The Gathering Place and we were literally 200 yards from their parking lot. Also perfect for golfing as it’s 25 feet from the club house. The beds were super comfortable with nice bedding. A new hairdryer may be in order or bring your own if you have long thick hair. I hope to get time to rent this place again in the summer as a great get away from the heat!
