Great stay! The property was exactly as described and very clean. We especially loved the sparkling clean pool and the easy beach access. The host was wonderful to work with and the whole process was seamless. I was very satisfied and would definitely stay here again!

My amazing stay

My son and i stayed here for 6 days and i must say this was an amazing vacation from start to finish. Andre and Julie were awesome with help on the booking and the airport transfers we'll most definitely be back next year.

Comfort, Convenience and Cleanliness

Great secure location with multiple pools on site along with easy access to the beach. Multiple dining locations within walking distance offering spirits and live music.

My family had a wonderful stay at Andre's place. I went with my husband and elderly parents. This location is a gem. Close to beach, groceries, tons of great restaurants. Julie and Caren are availble to answer any questions and were answered immediately! This place was clean and everything in good working condition. I will highly recommend staying here and will be back.

Love the property and especially how well we were taken care of!

Julie as property manager was great- she made us feel very welcome and checked in on us along the way! Andre- your home is very comfortable and we enjoyed our visit a great deal!

Beautiful location right in the village and near the beach

Very open and cozy with the pool view the property managers were very friendly and helpful called me several times to make sure everything is going good and I thank them for that lots of restaurants and bar’s around and the beach is 2 minutes away and the access to the beach is from within the property Great place

Good location.

The apartment is in prime location and close to good restaurants and short walk to the beach. It definitely needs new beds. The beds are too soft and saggy.

The condo was pleasantly appointed. It was inconvenient area close to a lot of good restaurants and things to do and see and I really enjoyed it and I would stay there again in the future when I come back the response time on any maintenance as you was immediate as in like within 5 to 10 minutes based on my availability doesn’t get any better.

Not an all inclusive but everything you need.

Clean comfortable condo. Grocery store pharmacy and restaurants were very close less than a block away. Some days we hung out at the beach, some days at the pool. Our condo was not beach side, but the resort is on the beach! So we only walked about a 110 meters to the beach. The grill on our deck worked well.Our family really found it relaxing to stay here.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo but it had some very good points and some not so good. First, the location is great, beach on site, very walkable and restaurants close by and a small food market 5 minutes walk away. Very walkable and Ubers readily available. On the downside, the noise (loud music) every nite coming from the clubs across the street from this development were very disturbing and went on til late into the night. There is not any way to block this loud noise. This apartment had a lovely deck and was large and very usable. Overall I would come back to this development but I think because of the loud music and the fact that this unit was at the back of the property, I would hesitate to rebook.

We’re glad you enjoyed the many conveniences you mentioned, including that the location is “very walkable,” with the beach on site, nearby restaurants, a small market just minutes away, and easy access to Ubers. This central, highly desirable setting is exactly what draws many guests to the area. At the same time, as you experienced, that same convenience and proximity to everything also means that during high season, louder music at night can be part of the atmosphere across the entire neighborhood. While our building is affected by nearby clubs, buildings closer to the front of the complex (nearer the beach) are similarly impacted by adjacent hotels like Whala and Impressive, as well as other venues such as Soho. Unfortunately, this is not unique to our property but rather a reality of staying in such a vibrant, central location. We completely understand that this may not be ideal for guests who are sensitive to noise, and for those travelers, we genuinely recommend looking in quieter, more residential areas. We’re happy to hear you found the apartment spacious, usable, and enjoyed the deck, and we truly appreciate your feedback. We hope future guests find this perspective helpful when deciding whether this lively beachfront area matches their travel style.

Great Place for a Winter

We really enjoyed our time at Puerto Carnita! The condo is exceptionally clean and well appointed with modern furnishings. Spending time on the fabulous terrace was a highlight of our stay! The property amenities are also first rate and well cared for. If we had a question or specific need, it was quickly taken care of by Andre, or by Julie, the on-site property manager. There are a number of quality restaurants, bars and convenience stores within walking distance of the property. There are also few large grocery stores that are easily accessible by cab or Uber. One caution would be that the noise from the bars can be a bit much at times. All in all, I would highly recommend this property and I look forward to a future visit!

Great four weeks

The apartment is very nice, has everything from the description. Kitchen is well equipped, tupperware boxes came very handy to store fruit and leftovers. We enjoyed the Nespresso coffee machine with the milk frother (brought our own capsules). The combination safe was very convenient. The washer in the apartment was great as well as the provided plastic drying rack. The building and the complex are very well maintained, the pools with loungers and shaded areas are comfortable, plenty of loungers on the beach. The sea-weed on the beach is cleared daily. Both the owner and the property manager are very easier to reach and pleasant to deal with. Any issue or concern that came up were resolved promptly.

Punta Cana

This was a very nice apartment in a secure complex with two swimming pools and walking distance to the beach. The complex is basically on the beach. They have a security guard so nobody enters from the beach right across the street from the entrance is a nice little restaurant and a cigar bar. I am sure there are many more restaurants within walking distance, but I did not venture very far because of my broken ankle. Because I had the broken ankle I was very happy to see that they had an elevator going to my second floor apartment. The guard and the staff was very helpful in getting our luggage up to the apartment. Check-in was easy and the young man at the desk spoke English French and Spanish. He was very polite and helpful. As I mentioned this complex is right on the beach and they have a small restaurant with food and drinks as well as seating on the beach.

Amazing condo

We would like to say that Andre is an incredible host. He is always there if you have questions and/or to help. The property manager is also very helpful and quick to respond. During our stay, we had issues with the air conditioning, and they had it fixed very fast. The apartment is nice and clean and everything in the condo is what you expect your house to be. You also have a lot of shade on the balcony throughout the entire day which is important because it can get very hot. The Playa Turquesa site is great; it’s very clean and secured. We would definitely recommend. It’s also walking distance from a few really good restaurants and a little market. There is also the Toc bar, located on Playa Turquesa’s beach. Drinks are great and people are very friendly. Only downside for us during our stay, there is very loud music coming from the restaurants right across the street. The location of this condo is very close to the restaurants and there was very loud music 3 times a week from 8-11pm and sometimes until 1am. Having a 2 year old didn’t make it easy for night time, as it was waking him up frequently and it was also waking us up sometimes. Overall, it was a great condo we would recommend.

Impeccable Condo

I generally dont do reviews but I think this one is worth adding. Playa Turquesa is one of the best complexes you can stay in Bavaro-Punta Cana, it is secure, it has parking and centrally located to all. It has direct access to the beach with a private area that only its guests can enjoy. As far as Puerto Canita, this condo unit within Playa Turquesa Complex, I highly recommend it based on my experience. I was very impressed with all the details from the cleanliness to the small touches like having cooled water (you may be surprised, most units dont have this in PC). Andre and his wife are great hosts and Julie, the property manager, is exceptional. You will not regret staying here. The stay makes a difference on your overall vacation and Andre and team will make it a wonderful experience for you. Enjoy your stay at Puerto Canita!
