Boutique Hotel Folly Room 4: King Studio - cozy porch views of the Folly River

Live like a local in the heart of Folly Beach. The Studio room has a living area, kitchenette, and King size bed in the same room. There is a full bathroom. Our boutique Hotel Folly is located just steps away to Folly's popular Center Street where you can enjoy shopping, more dining and nightlife, or a quick stroll to the beach. Have fun enjoying sunset views over the Folly River from the cozy outdoor sofa on the porch, and take in the sights and sounds of our beloved hippie surfer beach town we refer to as the “Edge of America”. This studio room is on the third floor.

This room is 361 sqft.

We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee per dog: $125 up to three nights, $150 for four to six nights, and $250 for seven or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

We love Hotel Folly! It is close to the boat landing when we are using the boat, but it is an easy walk to all of "downtown" Folly Beach. The rooms are very clean, well appointed and large as room go. The "Lost Dog" is a short walk for breakfast and one of our favorite places. We have stayed here several times and love it.

Overall the property was lovely. The response from property owners was on point. They quickly responded to a few concerns that we had on the property. I have nothing negative to say regarding the property. It was lovely and very comfortable One thing that I was a little taken aback by, was a separate contract and agreement that you have to sign before you are allowed to be on property. In addition to the additional security deposit (that I'm still waiting for to be returned to me) to be able to stay on the property. From my experience, these are things that are typically already built into the agreement. When you click send and that you want to book versus having to do a separate setup all together. I understand they want to better protect themselves, but to me doing the extra steps takes away from the ease of using VRBO

It was just what we needed. Floors were clean and no carpet to hold previous pet odors. Everything we needed was within walking distance and other guests were friendly. I would stay again if I go back to Folly beach. Thanks

Cute Hotel

Mother/daughter getaway to the beach last minute. The room was cute with enough space for me and my daughter. Close to restaurants and shopping. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach. I’d recommend bringing a wagon for your beach gear, extra bathing towels (hotel provides enough for two days). Overall was a decent stay.

Such a cool, modern room!

Everything was perfect about our stay at Hotel Folly. So close to beach, restaurants and bars. My sister and I had a great time and would definitely recommend Hotel Folly to anyone.
