This newly remodeled condo puts the "BRIGHT" in Brighton! It is termed "oceanside", but our guests will enjoy a direct ocean view. The 7th floor is perfect for people who like a better view but don't want to be too high. The photos are pretty great, but still won't do justice as to how really magnificent this condo is.

This is a private residence that sleeps 10, with 3 private bedrooms/3 baths, 2 of which are en-suites, and a sleeper sofa.

Within a beach front gated community. This particular condo is located in an oceanfront condo complex. The owners put extra special care into the design of this condo. Beautiful tile with unique mosaics throughout. Plenty of room in the master for 2 to get ready for that special night.

You will have the entire condo, around 2200 square feet to enjoy.

You DO have access to the Brighton pool and hot tub.
****This is a private rental, it is NOT associated with the Embassy Suites or Hilton on Kingston Plantation. You DO NOT have access to the amenities(pools, waterpark, fitness center, etc.) at those resorts.****

NEW: Day Pass for Embassy or Hilton Pool Access: Day Pass NOW available for the Hilton and Embassy Pools. Book directly with Kingston Plantation Hilton or Embassy for access. This is an additional charge if desired to use, not associated with Saunders Place Vacation Rentals. Gorgeous ocean front view

Clear instructions and a well kept unit made our initial check in a breeze. We were then immediately wowed by the wonderful ocean view.

Very nice and clean with great views.

Awesome views and the unit was very nice and clean. Decorated with minimum fuss and we did not have to worry about knocking things over. Outside balcony furniture was very nice and comforatable to sit in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. It had everything we needed to not only prepare our meals, wash our clothes, and generally play a game of cards or just watch a program on the television. Internet link was easy to access and plenty of privacy. Nice view of the ocean and comfortable balcony seating.

Comfortable Beach Vacation!

We enjoyed our stay in Brighton 709 as it was comfortable and clean. There was plenty of room in the unit and the Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. There were beach chairs and beach towels to use and a number of beach items. The multiple balconies gave everyone space to relax and enjoy the ocean views and breeze. The beach is very nice and we love the chair and umbrella service available. The Brighton pool is nice and not overcrowded and has a hot tub. There is a nice big dining table and a comfortable area to relax out of the sun. The restaurant next door has good food and a nice place to enjoy dinner inside or out. We would definitely go back for another family vacation!

This private residence is located within the beautiful private gated beachfront community of Kingston Plantation. It is a 145-acre master planned community, nothing less than spectacular! Complete with 23-acres of freshwater lakes, surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds and above all only steps to the 1/2-mile of wide, white sandy beach.

During your stay, our guests will have access to multiple pools (one dedicated to the Brighton building, located outdoor at the complex along with a hot tub), and a Kingston Plantation Master Association pool, Windemere by the Sea.

Right next door is an Embassy Suites Resort, guests are more than welcome to enjoy Starbucks or the newly completed Black Drum Brewery. A short walk to the brewery with indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor seating welcomes you with many fire pits to grab a drink to relax, along with a large patio for your enjoyment. Indoor or outdoor whatever you enjoy, allows for a beautiful view of the ocean.
