Beautiful Home with great view, well appointed

We had a great weekend away in this beautiful home. The house had everything that we needed. We would definitely book this house again.

Clean, spacious, amazing view

We had a great time - the house was very clean and well stocked. The views were amazing and the location was perfect (right next vineyards and a brewery, and only ~25 minutes from Sky Meadow state park for hiking).

Lovely in every way.

Beautiful setting in horse country. Weather was gorgeous with the fall colors. Enjoyed the outdoor gas fire pit.

Great views, great stay

Outstanding house with great views for our group of 7 adults and 2 infants. Easy check in and great communication/response time from host. Only improvements would be including some more kitchen essentials (measuring cups/spoons, cooking utensils). Location is excellent with easy access to nearby breweries, wineries, and hikes.

Overall Great Stay

My family and I stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday. There was a mixup/incident when checking in but the owner was quick to solve the problem and handle the situation. However, the place was covered in dead flies. Overall I would recommend this place because the view is amazing.

Thank you for staying with us, Katie! Since we are in the countryside and high up on the mountain, we do often get lots of ladybugs. We try our best to clean them up as quickly as possible but they do enter the house in mysterious ways. Our apologies for the pesky insects entering the house. Thank you!

Winter week in Bluemont

We had an incredible week at this property. Watching the sunrise every morning was a treat, and watching the cows, sheep, and horses in the pasture was so relaxing. The property is about 10-15 mins away from the busy roads so it's incredibly quiet and peaceful. The location is wonderful - within proximity to Middleburg, Winchester, the Appalachian trail, wineries and breweries. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all well-appointed and modern and there were several, large flat-screen TVs. The kitchen appliances were all new. Overall we had such an amazing week and would definitely come back.

April girl’s wknd

The house is awesome - spectacular view of farmland/ horse country. Just a few minutes drive from the cute town of Bluemont. Fully equipped - lots of kitchen items, fresh linen including sparkling white towels, toiletries, Keurig coffee pods, and tvs in all the bedrooms. Modern bathrooms and comfortable mattresses. Everything was spotless and smelled fresh when we checked in - professionally cleaned for sure. Loved the fire pit and outdoor deck. Definitely want to come back. Only suggestion would be to provide a list/links of the owner’s favorite local activity providers, restaurants, wineries in the area - so much to choose from!

AMAZING!!!!

First-time VRBOer here. Initially, I was frustrated by the $50/night per guest over 4 - added $250/night for us. We were under the max occupancy. Again, first-timer on this platform. That said....once we arrived, I got over it. Communications with the owner were delightful. The house is an oasis. Highly recommend. Recommendation: Put a door to the bedroom in the basement. VRBO: Flat pricing for the rental - I would have paid it.

Perfect Getaway

We held our Team Retreat in this beautiful mountain home and had a great experience. The home was clean, comfy, and well appointed. The views were incredible and we all really enjoyed our time at the house. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

Amazing Girls Getaway Weekend

What a beautiful home and the attention to detail was amazing. The kitchen was complete and had the best of everything that we needed. I use VRBO very often and this was by far one of my favorite and most well kept homes. The views were truly amazing and the weekend was just what we needed.

Amazing views

We had an amazing "adventure" to say the least. We ended up getting close to 6 inches of sleet then snow. So, we spent the entire trip in the house. The fireplace was awesome and the kitchen was great for cooking. The beds were very comfortable all having large TV's too. Our plan was to visit some of the vineyards etc but it didn't quite turn out that way. WE HAD A TON OF LAUGHS - wouldn't have traded it for the world!
