This place was beautiful! Had evedything we were looking for for a last minute Labor Day weekend getaway. We enjoyed fishing and crabbing off the private dock and kayayking.

We had such an amazing time! Fresh crabs on the table nightly, got to actually see the picking process on the other island, while buying 2 lbs of freshly cleaned crabs to make crabs cakes. The neighbors were amazing! We met Steve, his daughter Sara, and grandson Noah. Steve gave us fresh oysters and veggies while explaining his dock process. Such a great time!

The cottage is so cozy and friendly feeling when you walk in. The view is breathtaking. The place was spotless. There were just a few minor kinks that had to be worked out. And the owner was very helpful and on the ball with getting things taken care of. Can't wait to go back again next year

The cottage was wonderful! We enjoyed our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat. Loved the fishing and crabbing off the dock. We loved the sunrises and sunsets from our deck.

Great, quiet location on the water.

We had a very nice stay and enjoyed the quiet environment and the amenities of the property. Lots of great area for walking.

Wonderful location, great for biking. Nearby general store and old saltys restaurant are pluses. Stop by emily produce on your way out of cambridge.

Nice getaway

Great little spot for a long weekend getaway. Very quiet, little traffic. It is remote, so stopping in Cambridge for groceries is recommended.

Great spot

Great spot from which to explore Dorchester County and the eastern shore. Cabin was comfortable and the view of the bay from the dock was incredible. Would stay again!

Honeymoon

Happiness in Hoopers Island!

The cottage was perfect for my husband and I. It was clean, cozy and a perfect location with the dock. We were able to bring our boat, fish, and crab. It was incredibly relaxing! The neighbors were extremely nice and very helpful!

A Sweet, Comfortable Stay

This is a small, sweet, comfortable cottage, and was just perfect for our brief getaway from the hurly-burly. The house is very well equipped, especially the kitchen, so cooking the local seafood was easy. The decor (loved the faux fireplace) was charming and welcoming, down to the live Poinsettia plant on the table when we got there.
