Cabin is exactly as pictured. Very well maintained and clean. Master Bedroom suite upstairs with 2 bedrooms downstairs. The separate patio/gazebo area has a refrigerator, sink and microwave. We were visiting the grandkids, and they loved getting picked up from school and coming over for a swim.

This house and hosts are great! Outdoor area is great for hanging out. Pool was clean and well kept. Great outdoor kitchen area and seating. Had an issue with door code and the property manager was there in less than 5 minutes to help! Would definitely stay again!

Nice private hideaway with wonderful amenities. Loved the outdoor kitchen and pool! The fur babies had great time romping in the yard and going for walks every day! Well stocked with everything you need!

The house itself was Nice. However, we had trouble getting into the house upon arrival, and we specifically chose this location because of the pool. We were in town for a family funeral and wanted to make the stay special because it was also over our wedding anniversary. We had to pay extra for family to join us swimming, and all of the kids ended up with chemical rashes from the imbalance in the pool. We have family who have pools, and we know exactly what it is. However, our concerns were excused away and blamed on sunscreen which we did not even have. The hosts were also not quickly available for communication because they were out of town. We understand it can’t be immediate in every situation, but when a pool is involved it should be handled more professionally and in better time.

Hi Anthony, In response to your review: -Our Accommodations Mgr, Matt, reported a keypad entry issue, but confirmed he had you in w/in 5 minutes. -With respect to paying extra for family to enjoy the home/amenities w/ you, we do send out Add'l Guest Policy notifications after your Booking Confirmation Email is received & 3 days before check-in as we require receipt acknowledgement. I also recall that you messaged asking if your Dad & Step Mom could hang out & swim but not stay the night, which we approved w/out a Day Pass Fee. Then you requested to add 4 more guests for which we did require the $15 per person Day Pass Fee. We're sorry you weren't happy with that, but it is our policy. In addition, we did refund your $60 Day Pass Fee due to your complaint about your kids having a rash from swimming. -It's apparent you've had previous experience with reaction to pool chemicals based on your feedback. We're very sorry this happened. We had guests before & after your stay w/ no complaints. We even reached out to guests directly after your stay w/ an infant and no issues. Matt reported our balance was fine w/ the exception of a slightly low pH. He also drained some water & put in fresh to see if that might make it better for you. -Owners were traveling. In reviewing text & portal msg threads, we were quick to respond especially w/ the pool issue. Your Day Pass Fee refund request, however, had to go thru an approval process and req'd back office assistance. Our best, Joy

Rooms were comfy. We didnt use the pool but it looked nice. Communication was above and beyond expectations. I cant thank you enough for working with me after my accident.

The house was great! We had a light problem with the door locks not unlocking when we first arrived (due to storms); the property manager, Matt, responded right away and got it fixed immediately. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
