Coveted corner unit with breathtaking views of the mountains right from your window. Only a short walk to Ontario’s most popular ski resort and overlooking the 18th fairway of Monterra Golf Course, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath chalet is the perfect four-season getaway! Situated across from the Village’s shops, restaurants and entertainment, you’ll have plenty to do within walking distance of your stay. A quick drive to Northwinds Beach and minutes from outdoor adventures!

Pool Update 2025:
The Rivergrass pool will be closed until the end of June (exact date TBD) as there is a migratory bird nest in the vicinity that cannot be moved, by law. The hot tub will still be open in the meantime.

The space
Choose from scenic biking routes and hiking trails in the summer with snowshoeing, skating and cross country skiing in the winter. Rivergrass is the ultimate central hub for guests looking to enjoy everything the Blue Mountain area has to offer. As you walk into your Blue Mountain retreat, you’re immediately captivated by the mountains' east to west panoramic views through oversized floor-to-ceiling windows in the main entertainment area. The kitchen and dining flow easily to the living room, allowing for mountain exposure throughout the unit. This spacious end unit can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. Enjoy your home conveniences at your meticulously cared-for Blue Mountain rental with unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, washer, dryer, and more! Relax during your stay, surrounded by nature with the mountains right outside your walk-out deck with a second-level advantage for reveling in the beautiful scenery.

Kitchen
The kitchen is perfect for guests that enjoy cooking with a view and boasts beautiful mahogany finish cabinetry. You’re easily connected to the walk-out deck, dining, and living space with the open concept layout. Breakfast bar seating is available along with dining to accommodate 8. Compete with stainless steel appliances, including fridge, dishwasher, stove, and microwave. Enjoy the feeling of packing light - you’ll only need to bring your food, spices and coffee! Cookware, bakeware, cutlery, and utensils are available during your stay.

Living Room
This corner unit living room has an abundance of light flooding through the surrounding windows that allow second-level unobstructed views of the mountains. Enjoy the all-brick gas fireplace after a day on the slopes and relax during a night in with the TV and wifi.

Bedrooms
On the main floor, you’ll find a spacious bedroom that contains a Queen bed and TV for your entertainment. Guests can enjoy waking up to stunning mountain views right from their windows. Plenty of storage for your belongings with a closet and dresser provided. You’ll be met with a 4 piece bath on your way to the next bedroom that includes two Twin beds, a dresser and a closet. Making your way to the second level, you’ll be met with a sizable primary bedroom with a King bed that hosts breathtaking views of the Monterra golf course & the famous Blue Mountains. Enjoy the convenience of a 3 pc ensuite during your stay in the primary suite.

Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team. We ask all guests planning to use the pool to bring their own towels.
1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.

2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited

4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.

5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.

6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.

7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.

8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion

By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with the management company that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.

Wonderful stay

We stayed for a couple nights for a golf trip in August. This second floor unit had a great view overlooking hole 1 of Monterra course. The unit was clean, spacious and more than enough room for us. Everything was great, beds, kitchen, living room, wifi. Large TV in the living room has Netflix, just bring your own account. Wish we stayed longer. We would stay again.

Perfect for what we needed.

This unit is super close to the village, and as clean and has a great view of the hills and golf course. It was perfect for a weekend away and the host was very helpful.

GREAT!

Unit was exactly what we were looking for! Easy walking distance to the Village, loads of walking trails, not too busy ( time of year ) comfortable, clean living space. Had a small issue and property managers were very timely , helpful and professional! Highly recommend this unit and a stay at The Blue!
