Finally a place you can visit and hit everyone's checklist... Situated on 1/3 of an acre surrounded by 77 trees (pine, oak & juniper).... Sit on the lovely rap around porch and relax on the the rocking chairs while enjoying the birds, breeze ... & maybe a good book. If you're more of an adventure type ... we've got 40+ lakes for fishing, boating ... great hiking & 30 minutes to skiing! We've also got horseback riding and a rec center with all the amenities! *Rec center for an additional fee. Plenty of things to keep both kids and adults busy. Come relax and do nothing... or fill your days and nights with activities ... especially the restaurants! Good food, amazing people and everything you could ask for in a cabin getaway.

Great location, great house

We had a great stay, owner was very communicative, the house was clean and stocked with what we needed. Nice quiet neighborhood and close to everything we wanted to do in Pinetop!

Absolutely Lovely

So beautiful and all the little extra touches needed to feel like we were in a home away from home. Loved the porch and the firepit in the back. It was super close to everything, but you can't hear the road and the neighborhood it so nice and quiet. We loved our stay! Thank you so much

Enjoyed the stay overall

Had a good time with friends and family. The rugs in the livining area was a little dirty. The trash bins outside the property where not cleared. The heating unit was a bit noisey. Its a bit small for 3 families as there was only 2 full bedrooms. Overall its was a pleseant stay.

Beautiful property in gorgeous Pinetop! We loved the decor and ambiance of the property. I also loved the hot tub! Would definitely stay again. Only suggestion I have is to please consider some ceiling fans or room fans as the house was quite warm. There is no a/c but fans would really have helped in the bedrooms. Otherwise everything was perfect

First of all the cabin itself is very cozy and well decorated and location is greatBut first off the place wasnt clean there was dead birds on the patio that have been there a while and spider webs all over the place !!Dust through out cabin there is no A/C unit and only 1 ceiling fan in the cabin we stayed in july and we had to go buy 4 standing fans to help cool the place down Then there are 5 tv in cabin and inly 2 worked the one in living room coudnt use had no remote i called the host and asked her abou the issues and was told she will find out and call me right back that was on july 3rd when we got there and today is july 6th checkout time and still havnt heard back so had no tv for my kids and ourselves the listing said cable and satellite and that isnt true there is no cable to watch anything on the 2 tv that did work in the bunk room and loft we payed 1300 for our 3 night stay and bottom line is very unhappy you spend 250 for cleaning on top and nothing is clean i feel like the host doesnt care once they receive the money they can careless so we spent 3 days on vacation trying to relax and couldnt cause it was so hot in cabin and nothing to watch and master bedroom has a tv but can only watch Dvd on it Not happy at all with this vacation cabin We love the cabin itself but poor property management and making sure the renters are taken care of and have basic needs and one other thing only one person can take a shower at a time the hot water only last about 10 min

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting...

My husband and I had Thanksgiving here with my daughter, son-n-law and three grandsons 5, 21/2 and 10 months. The sleeping arrangements fit us perfectly. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans and utensils to cook a full Thanksgiving meal. We took walks in the lovely neighborhood, drove through a Christmas Lit Street for the Holidays at night and went to the playground in the day. We loved our time spent here.

Perfect for us

House was very comfortable for my family. Clean and spacious. In a great location. Just steps away from a path to walk in the forest. Communication was great, quick and responsive. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Perfect place to cool off from the Phoenix heat!

We wanted a week in a cabin to enjoy nature and cooler temperatures. This was perfect! We had two married kids with us and a 1 year old grandchild, and this location was perfect. Had everything we needed to cook meals and right next to a hiking trail. Great neighborhood too, for walks with the stroller and using our bikes. We would definitely come here again.

Overall experience was very enjoyable. The only concern is that the refrigerator was not working freezer did not freeze. Water got cold really fast. Final was there was an extra charge to get into the recreation center that was not stated in the the ad.

Nice place

This house was perfect! Nice and clean and plenty of beds for our family. The only thing to warn anyone wanting this house is on the description there were several pictures of the tennis court, swimming pool, playground, etc and when I booked it it did not say it was an additional charge to use these amenities. When I contacted the owner they said they had no control of that fee and all of a sudden I looked at the description and they changed it and added *additional fee. So if you book this house make sure you know that it IS an additional ~400. I do have pictures to show the 2 different descriptions but it will not let me put a picture on this comment box.

Overall nice stay

Nice cabin in a quiet neighborhood. No major issues overall. Had some minor issues with getting TVs to work upstairs and in the main bedroom, but was able to use the TV in the living room and kids room at least. Probably should update the listing in regards to the use of the rec clubhouse. It's primarily available to neighborhood association members, and guests are required to pay fees in order to use it.
