Great vacation experience

Loved the house. We all had a wonderful time. Grandkids loved the pool as well as the adults. Would definitely rent again for another vacation.

Peaceful comfortable place

We were in the area taking care of a family emergency. It was lovely to have a peaceful place to come home to. The pool is beautiful. The decor is tasteful and comfortable. The location is close to the beach and lots of restaurants. The host is personable and helpful. Great place all around.

Christmas Vacation

This is an enjoyable place to spend a week near the beach, Brevard Zoo, space center and Orlando theme parks. The home was perfect for all our needs and the pool was enjoyed by all. The bathroom and laundry room off of the pool area was ideal. When not cooking in (you have all cooking necessities), there are numerous dining options in the area.

Great place, location and owners

Everything was well thought out. The place had all you needed to enjoy a short vacation. The beds were very comfortable, the neighborhood was very quite and stores, restaurants and beaches were minutes away. The pool was saltwater and very clean well maintained. The owners were very helpful and made sure any concerns we had were addressed upon arrival. Excellent experience.

Relaxing Time

Me my wife & our dog and my mom & dad stayed loved every minute. We all own our own businesses and wanted a nice quiet Labor Day weekend to relax and unwind and that’s what we got. House & pool was clean, neighborhood was quiet and safe. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you for sharing your home with my family.

Family Reunion 2024

This was certainly one of the most perfect choices we have made for a weeklong family reunion. Maureen and Henri were exception hosts and deserve accolades for the effort they make to make sure everything exceeds expectations. The house and pool were spotless, the kitchen well appointed with everything you could ask for. We feel in love with Le French Restaurant in IHB, Indialantic Seafood Company and Coastal Crab in Melborne. Could not ask for more…Thank you!

Softball/ Vacation

This was our second vacation stay in Florida for the softball world series. This time we got it right! Beautiful home with covered pool. Clean and inviting. Just minutes from the games and beach. Our crew walked in saying oh this is nice. 🙂 If we play here next year, we will definitely stay here again. Many thanks to the host for being so kind and running to our rescue when we needed her!

Family friendly

Great spot for our family! Enjoyed the closeness of the house to the pool area. Only complaints were that the master bed was pretty squeaky, and the kitchen cabinets and master bathroom could’ve been cleaned better. Also we never saw any pool maintenance happen, so that was a little concerning. Other than that it was great!

Simply perfect

I spent the month of January with my family at the house. It was very comfortable, the beds were great, house was clean and well cared for. It was a great location and could walk to many things incuding Gleason park, one of our favorites. Too Cool Cafe is down the street and has $45 lobster sandwich you can split with someone it's so big...well worth it. Maureen and Henri were gracious hosts...ended up surf fishing with Henri one day. We made so many great memories and will definitely come back.

Fantastic Getaway!

We booked this house last minute, and picked it because it was pet friendly. We brought our little dog with us and this property was amazing and so accommodating! The listing looks exactly as the house is, with the wonderful fenced in yard and pool! It is a great location in a quiet neighborhood, but close to so many restaurants and local beaches. Communication with the property manager was so easy as they were very friendly and helpful as they gave us great ideas for fun activities and restaurants! All of our needs were met and they were super fast with responses! We can’t wait for more time off to book again and come back!

Great Family Home

This was a perfect vacation home and Maureen was a wonderful host. The house was super clean, and the pool was great. There are plenty of beach/pool towels and bath towels. The bedrooms are a nice size with space to put all your things away so your not living out of suitcases. The kitchen/living space was very big and extends to the pool area. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials. The location to the beach was great about a 3 minute drive! We definitely recommend this rental! And are talking about come back next July. Maureen thank you again for sharing your vacation home with us!

Quiet family retreat

Wonderful property and great communication from the host. The solar-heated saltwater pool is awesome and fascinating to see the water circulated to panels on the roof for heating. Very eco-friendly. Great to have it under the lanai for bug protection. The kids also enjoyed the play yard and climbing toy. Having a bathroom easily accessible from the pool deck is another plus for families. It's 5 minutes from a Publix supermarket for grabbing any food items or staples that are needed. Everything inside was wonderfully clean and sanitized. Nice supply of children's books and games. There's even a small work station adjacent to the kitchen set up nicely for laptop work. Lots of little features throughout the house (labeled light switches etc) to make it easy on guests. We loved our multi-generational vacation there!

Poodle Paradise

My husband , our two poodles, and I live in Iowa. We have been visiting Florida, during the winter month, for the last 7 years. This year we stayed in Maureen’s beautiful beach house, for the first time. We feel like we hit the jackpot this year. Everything from the location, the fenced in backyard, the beautiful pool, and the cleanliness and decor of the home, were MORE than we could have ever imagined. Maureen and her husband were the ultimate hosts. Any concern or need was immediately addressed, as they live in close proximity to the beach house. They are an amazing couple, who care deeply for ALL of their clients. IN TODAY’S WORLD, this is difficult to find! If I could- I would have given them MORE stars PLUS - our POODLES LOVED IT!

July 4th get away

This is the second time we stayed here. The house & pool are always clean, nice quiet neighborhood close to beach and amazing restaurants. Fenced in yard for our dog. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you for sharing your house.

Impressive property

We were in the neighborhood for a graduation party, so a group of us stayed at the property. We found it to be very clean, well laid out, excellent kitchen facility that was extremely well stocked with pots and pans, serve ware, plenty of plates and bowls and even some spices, and parchment paper. The pool was also very nice and equally as well stocked with towels and floats.Would highly recommend the property to anyone.

The proximity of the ocean is the charm of this home. It has amazing light, and adorned with happy energy. We have an outstanding chef's kitchen, and the open floor plan invites togetherness. The oversized pool is so refreshing, with salt water and heated by solar panels. We love dogs, so approved dogs are welcomed. The yard is completely fenced in with a playset for the kiddos, and a barbecue for the cooks. We love the neighborhood it is in an established mid century modern oasis. Walking distance to Gleason park which has trails & a small pond. Publix grocery store is right around the corner, also a great pet store, shops, banks and restaurants.
