We absolutely loved our stay. House was very clean and had everything we needed for a great vacation at the beach. We will definitely come back for another visit!

A very comfortable stay! The space was perfect and in close proximtiy to Kennedy Space Center with only steps to the beach. Loved it and hope to be back soon!

This house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and have local family members over to visit. Fantastic dining table and lots of outdoor space to spread out . Then comfortable beds to rest at night. Easy walk to the beach located in a great location for viewing rocket launches and cruise ships coming and going from Port Canaveral. Well equipped beach toys and chairs for use during stay. Return customer. Will return again

Nice place to hang out with family

Cute and clean and close to the beach and everything. Listing was accurate and the owner was amazing. Defiantly will return.

Comfortable Stay!

My wife and I were very comfortable in the Beach House, and it provided easy, quick access to the beach. Stephanie provided great suggestions on places to eat. We enjoyed our stay!

The perfect beach and space coast bungalow! Great outdoor space and accessibility to the beach were really bonuses. Also, bonus points for food and restaurant recommendations!

Lovely home in wonder location

The property was wonderful and well designed for travelers. We had a great few days. Loved being able to walk to the beach and the proximity to restaurants and grocery stores. We would stay here again.

Fantastic Family Birthday Weekend

The house is perfect for visiting Cocoa Beach with family. It is one of the best equipped houses we’ve rented and had all the things we needed.

Great place and just a few minutes' walk to the beach

We had a great stay. The place was as described but better. Stephanie was awesome sending us the all the info we needed. This will be my go-to place when in Cocoa Beach.

Wonderful Stay for Our Family

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this cottage that was extremely well equipped and clean. The numerous outdoor spaces really added to our stay. 1 block and a half to the beach - perfect. Thank you!

An Enjoyable Stay

Perfect location for watching a rocket launch on the beach. Also enjoyed the trip to the National Wildlife Refuge center. My dog loved the back yard in her search for lizards.

Beautiful Beach Getaway home

I stayed here with my family following a cruise to visit NASA, get a beach day in and to watch a rocket launch. This home is located close to everything. The beds were comfortable and the home was clean and stocked with everything we needed. My son loved running around the huge backyard and getting "lost" in the trees.

Fantastic place to gather with family and friends

We loved our vacation week at this well appointed home. Open concept kitchen/ living area perfect for gathering and loads of outdoor space to play or relax. Short walk to beach and about one mile walk to pier Tiki bar and shops. We had visitors from 9 months old to 84 years old and everyone enjoyed this home.and outdoor space including beach access. We would book this location again

Great location

We had a wonderful trip to cocoa beach and this beach house was wonderfully stocked and a great location! We walked a short distance to the beach every day and it was like our own private beach! The outdoor shower was awesome, it really helped keep the sand out of the house! Would definitely recommend staying here and we hope to stay here again in the future!
