Cozy Beachfront Townhome - Private Path to the Sand

Settle into a cozy, comfortable beachfront townhome with the Gulf just steps from your patio. A short walk of about 100 feet takes you to the water, while the location away from the large condo towers offers a more peaceful place to enjoy the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers are provided so you can make the most of your time on the sand.

When you’re ready to explore, you’ll find plenty nearby. Rent a Jet Ski for a ride on the Gulf, or head out for go-karts, arcade games, mini golf, and the slingshot ride. Restaurants and bars with live music are also close by, making it easy to mix relaxing beach days with a little evening fun.

We had a great stay! The location is incredible, We didn't even want to leave to go eat out so we stayed and cooked there at the townhome. The view is amazing and the beach is only a few feet away. The owners were communitive and helpful even after we left and had a question. my two little girls are already asking to go back!

Great place to stay

This is one of my favorite places to stay in PC. The townhome was very clean and well maintained. We will be back again.

Beach Getaway!

Clean and cozy property. Very close to attractions and restaurants. The best part is when you step off of the back porch, you are immediately on the sand!

The beach access was exactly what we wanted. I have a disabled daughter and this was perfect for her to be able to see the Ocen and beach from the back porch. And a added bonus was there was beach toys and beach chairs available for us to use and a large table and chairs on the back porch for the whole family to have lunch and enjoy the view. Thank you again and can't wait to come back again.Also all beds where very comfortable.

Fantastic stay

The townhome is exactly how it was listed. The location was perfect and the location to the beach was just what we needed. So many extra beach amenities included. Our vacation was perfect. We will stay here again.

Best location

We loved this vacation spot. Will for sure be on our list to book for years to come. Location, cleanliness, and accessibility to the beach.. we enjoyed this stay more than any place we have stayed before. 10/10 recommend.

Annual Family Vacation

Loved this Cozy Beachfront Townhome. The place was spotless when we arrived. Kelsey was responsive and very kind. The pictures are spot on. Easy walk straight out the door to the beach. Great views and close to many attractions and restaurants.

Won't find a better location

Kelsey's home was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. Being able to step off the back porch and be on the sand was amazing. Home suit our needs entirely.

Relaxing

The townhome was very clean and nicely remodeled. So nice to have several beach chairs provided and a cooler. Absolutely loved how close the beach is…. Short path from the patio and you’re on the beach. The area seemed quiet, the beach beautiful! Would definitely stay again!!

Great Place to Stay

We stayed for 6 nights and loved the place. It is right on the beach. The beds were comfortable. I always get a back ache sleeping in other beds and didn't here. The place was clean and centrally located making it easy to get to stores and such. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance too. I would definitely rent this place again.

Perfect stay for sister trip

This was a beautiful place that was perfect for our family. Short walk to the beach, close to good restaurants. Had everything we needed including decent pots and pans for cooking breakfast. Loved not having to take our own beach towels and chairs. Kelsey was quick to respond as well. Absolutely loved it!

Office fishing trip
