GREAT LOCATION FOR ALL SEASONS!
A mere 4-minute walk to Whistler Village either via Lorimer Rd or Valley Trail. Enjoy the closeness to the Valley trail which is a network of walkways for walking, hiking, and biking throughout all the best nature routes that Whistler has to offer.

THE LAYOUT
This rare single-story, ground-level unit offering 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, ensuite laundry, and 2 entries; one of which is near the complex hot tub and the other walks out onto the valley trail, only steps away from the village.

2 SPACIOUS bedrooms: Sleeps 6!
Bedroom 1: Queen
Bedroom 2: Bunk Bed (Single on top and Double at the bottom)
Plus, a comfortable pull-out sofa bed in the living room (sleeps 2)
There are also 2 pack and Plays for our guests to use for their babies.
There is AC in the master bedroom.

KITCHEN
Equipped with a FULL kitchen: The Brand new Bosch Appliances and quartz throughout the open-concept kitchen naturally flow into a spacious dining room. Gorgeous herringbone entry, wine fridge next to the fireplace. Small appliances such as a coffee maker are provided as well as sugar, common spices, and cooking oil- the chef in your group will be ecstatic! Eat a big breakfast at the kitchen bar stools or on the dining table before a big day on the mountain

PARKING
Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the secure, underground, and gated parking lot.

LAUNDRY
Ensuite laundry is available

HOT TUB
The complex hot tub can be accessed with the “common” key. It is located right behind our unit. Please obey the hot tub rules posted and do not use the hot tub past 10 PM.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We will be available by text, email, or phone call 24/7. If you need something in person, of course, we can help as well; but we like to give our guests space while on vacation.

You can basically walk anywhere you want to from our condo! Whistler Market Place is across the street, where you will find a grocery store, liquor store, shops restaurants, and more. You can walk to Whistler Olympic plaza in a few minutes which is the start of the Whistler Village stroll. The Valley trail path is right in front of our complex as well!

The closest bus stop is via Lorimer Road and only a 1-minute walk from the Symphony condos.

The single-trip fare is $2.50. You may load all Whistler Transit Buses with your skis and snowboards. All Whistler Transit buses have bike racks on the front, able to carry 2 bikes per bus. Buses have special seating areas for strollers - some restrictions reply. Suitcases, parcels, and other large items are also welcome.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE

Any stay over 14 nights will result in a mandatory mid stay cleaning fee of $157.50 charged to the guest on top of the cleaning fee paid on reservation.

There is a noise monitoring device plugged into an outlet at this property. This device records decibel levels ONLY, it does not have any other recording capability. The device is called a "Noiseaware". It is plugged into a populated area (for example: in the main living room). Please do not unplug this device.

This entire property is NON SMOKING.

We provide a complimentary starter set of basic toiletries & coffee/tea. Guests will need to purchase or bring their own if they need more than what's supplied.

If amenities like the pool, hot tub, sauna, or ski-in/ski-out access aren't available during your stay due to circumstances beyond our control (such as but not limited to repair, maintenance and weather conditions), we cannot be held responsible.

Travelling with a Baby?
There are now 2 Pack and Plays in the closet in the main bedroom for any of our guests to use for their babies.

Great place to stay with the family!!

The location is amazing and so much space that accommodated the 6 of us nicely! There were just a few minor hiccups with the cable and not being able to turn down the thermostat. But reaching out to management was so easy and they responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again with family soon!
