Just minutes off the freeway, this quiet home is a perfect stop over to split up a long day of traveling or a quiet getaway for couples. This home is beautifully decorated to maximize the comfort and practicability of the space. This home features fast WiFi, an oversized smart tv, fully stocked kitchen and a bright blue exterior door making it easy for you to find.
The Space:
This quaint little house is full of charm and warmth. Come and enjoy our amazing city of Caldwell.
There is no garage just park in Gravel driveway off of Halstead Ave. Also, this charming home does not have a fenced in yard, but it does have a side yard with mature trees and place to relax.

The Neighborhood:
This home is at the end of E Morrison St. looking right at the Fairview Golf Course in Caldwell. It's driveway faces the golf course on an alleyway (Halstead St.) Nearest crossroads are Fairview Ave and E. Morrison St.
Getting Around:
I-84 W take exit 28 for 10th Ave toward City Center. Turn left onto N 10th Ave, right onto Grant St, left onto S Kimball Ave and then take another left to stay on to S Kimball Ave, then right onto E Morrison St. House is with Dark blue door.

BUT our first home, "The Sensible Safari" was featured on HGTV House Hunters when we were newly married. I think Bryce was hooked on homes after that. We've since moved 7 times in the last 9 years and built up our experience as home owners, DIY-ers, property managers, parents, landlords, and now short term rental managers. All along the way moving with us our Alaskan Malamute and growing family. We’re passionate about our homes because we’ve lived in most of them and have created memories with our friends and families.
