Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 40 m² air-conditioned flat in Courthézon, which can accommodate up to 3 people. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 26 m² living room (with pellet stove), a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and you'll be able to enjoy a garden of around 80 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 26 m² living room with sofa bed, TV and pellet stove (supplied)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob and dining area.
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

- 30 m² terrace with garden furniture
- A 50 m² garden with deckchairs to enjoy the sunny days
The flat is ideally located in Courthézon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
