Wake up to breathtaking views of the Atlantic ocean in this completely updated studio condo. Condo offers two queen beds, a kitchen, a private step out balcony, an exceptional bathroom with a tub for relaxing. This condo is privately owned and located on the 14th floor of the Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center. Spend your days vacationing at the resort while enjoying four pools, two hot tubs, a gym, a sauna, tiki bar and more.

The condo was easy to access and a convenient location. The hosts provided many items for guests to use at the beach that were very nice and much appreciated. I would stay there again for sure!

The room was spotless, well equipped and beautiful. Communication with Kelly was perfect. The overall property facilities are not good. The pool was not clean and the beach access was rough. Kelly's condo made up for that and we did have a great time.

It was nice, the hotel is undergoing maintenance but the room had a really nice view and it was clean, I liked staying there. The hosts also went the extra mile and left us goodies and they were really nice.

Clean, nicely decorated room. Nice big bathroom with dual sinks and big jacuzzi tub & shower. Great side view of the ocean. Not much place to sit out, but pretty. The property has plenty of places to sit & work or relax.

The condo was exactly as it was described. Very clean; everything we needed was there. Conveniently located. We had a small issue using the electronic key pad and the owner was very responsive and walked us through each step in order to enter the condo. I would recommend this unit to any and all.

Quick Stay

While the neighborhood seems to be in transition, and parking (like we were apprised of by property manager) was a little tricky, our room was very nice. Very clean, and well thought out. We had a great stay and recommend it!

Wonderful stay!!

We had such a great stay at this listing! Room was more than accommodating.. so clean!! Beds were so comfortable!!! Host even left a little welcome basket and was so quick with responses!! Will be back!! The pool and beach area and location were just right!

Enjoyed condo. Everything was clean. Jetted tub was very nice and relaxing. Location was perfect for walking. Everyone was friendly, I felt comfortable and safe.It was a bummer the resort was under so much refurbishing. Only one elevator worked most of the time of my stay. Over all it was great! The host provided many extras in the condo that I found thoughtful and considerate.

Perfect for the Holiday Weekend

The condo was just as advertised and Kelly went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and I made coffee every morning.(which was provided) There was an ample supply of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Would definitely stay at one of her properties.

So nice!

The room was very clean and there were so many personal touches geared toward the guest. The things you think you would forget when packing, were there for you should you need them! Thought that was cool! Bed was very comfortable! Tub was heaven! Would def come here again!
