Great place and great service

It is the second year we are staying in the Peaks West development. the #47 was amazing, it was perfect for our need. Garage is awesome to park the bikes. The addition of the AC is great. It was super clean on our arrival and the kitchen has all what you need

Everything worked very well for us. We enjoyed the spa pool and local amenities. The walk to the village was pleasant and ski in and out was amazing.

Just a 2 minute drive to Village but grocery/deli and restaurant 2 minute walk from unit. Modern feel to unit with all the kitchen amenities you can ask for. Would definitely use this unit as home base next time we're at SunPeaks. Garage was useful to store our gear but doubles as a play room for kids if needed.

Enjoyed our 6 night stay at Crowes Nest. Very clean and well stocked unit. The hot tub was amazing after a day on the slopes!!

Great stay for family

Stayed in this property for a few days over the holidays. The property was beautiful, new, clean and had a well stocked kitchen (everything we needed to prepare meals). It was nice and close to the village. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Staycation

The snow was mediocre but the accommodations were great! Clean, quiet, and with a kitchen that was well stocked! We had everything we needed plus more! I would definitely recommend staying again! Thank you…

Stayed for softball tourney

We stayed in May 2025 and it was a great option for a condo rental for a softball tourney. Everything we needed to be comfortable. We cooked suppers n breakfasts and found the accommodation well stocked with pots n pans. The hot tub was a bonus.

Wonderful relaxing time

Great suite that had everything we needed. Close to skiing so we could have a leisurely breakfast we made ourselves and still make first run. The info provided by the property management team was perfect and the suite was beautiful. Looking at coming back next year.

Clean condo west of Sun Peaks Village

Great location, minutes drive to village. Clean, as advertised, fully stocked condo. Hot tub and heated garage were well utilized. Tick, tack, toe game was a hit with the kids. Would stay here again!

We stayed as a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 teen boys). It had plenty of room. We were there for BC Soccer Provincial Championships that was taking place in Kamloops. It's about 40-45 mins drive to Kamloops itself, but you have all the amenities at the resort if you choose to eat or drink locally. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Comfy condo

We really enjoyed the condo. It was comfy, cozy, and convenient. Loved the hot tub, kitchen with everything we needed, and the laundry set up. We were in town for a baseball and soccer tournament so it came in handy lol

Great ski vacation

We had a lovely time here for a 5 night stay in Jan 2024. Very clean / new, and kitchen was very well equipped. Beds were comfortable and having the hot tub was great. Only small things to note is some minor inaccuracies in the listing regarding the ski in and ski out, and contradictory parts regarding bathtubs. The rental management company was very responsive to any issues we had.

The property was perfect for our needs. The garage set up was brilliant for our ski gear and the kids. Lots of closet space and a well stocked kitchen! Washing machine was so nice to have. Beds were comfortable. Check in and check out was perfect. Unfortunately it was thought to be a ski in/ski out, but there was no access to return to the location via the runs because the snow was all melted! It was only a very short drive into the village, however. A rental vehicle was very helpful but there is a shuttle that you can take as well. We loved the property and would be delighted to attend in the future! Thank you for having us use your lovely home!

The property is still under construction

The online listing didn’t say the road going in to the property and the parking lot are not completed( muddy & unsafe ) The front door entrance area and the hot tub in the balcony are covered with a thick layer of dust, we didn’t use the hot tub as an result.

Hello Eric, We appreciate your feedback regarding the condition of the parking lot and bringing to our attention the dust in the vicinity of the outdoor hot tub. Sun Peaks municipality does maintain and ensure the safety of all roadways and parking lots here in the resort. Additionally, guest safety is our top priority. We are sorry to hear that you found this area unsafe and apologize for not communicating that the parking lot was gravel at the time. It has since been paved as the construction in the immediate area is completed. We appreciate you informing us of the dust in the hot tub area. The hot tub was serviced by a third-party company. We too hold a higher standard and have since terminated our contract with them. Considering this review, we did reach out to you directly to try and offer compensation but did not hear back. Please also note that we did include our contact information in your welcome package and are available to all our guests throughout their stay here in Sun Peaks. We want to ensure that the deficiencies you experienced are not indicative of the service we aim to provide our guests. Nor do we wish for these deficiencies to take away from the beautiful experience and home away from home ‘The Crows Nest’ provides.
