The apartment is located in the center of Njivice, close to the pebble beach, which is also particularly suitable for children, since there is a large children's playground and other attractions. Nearby you have many restaurants serving local cuisine, the first about 20 meters from the house. The nearest bakery, a supermarket and a fruit and vegetable shop are around 100 m away.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom and a living room with dining area and kitchen.
Njivice is a vacation spot for families with children. So we designed our apartment with a spacious living room and a terrace with pool for young and old to spend the best time of the year together.
This apartment has a private courtyard with a private heated pool (4x2m) with a depth of 1.45 m.
There is a private parking space directly in front of the apartment.
In our house there are four more apartments that are also for rent. We recommend the apartment for 4 people, so that everyone feels comfortable and has a lot of privacy to spend a pleasant vacation.
Of course families with more children are also very welcome.
