The residence is a shared lot with a separate duplex in the rear of the lot and the front main house for vacation rental stays. Each residence is completely separate with their own living spaces and private entrances. There is a shared laundry facility in between the residences. The front main house does have an enclosed front yard, private parking inside the gated area, and a BBQ grill out back for your enjoyment.
All guests are provided with keyless code check in access and check in information that is provided approximately 3 days prior to your arrival. The keyless code entry system will be valid for your stay dates only.
The main house vacation rental is professionally managed by PMI Phoenix Golden West Real Estate and Property Management services. All communications can be made through PMI Offices
Arrival
Thank you so much for your booking and welcome to Phoenix! We hope you had a safe and enjoyable trip to Arizona. Check in time is 4pm. Check out time is 11am.
Check-in Procedure:
You may park on the street or in the driveway of the home. Please enter the drive gate and be sure to close the drive gate once your vehicle is inside. Drive gate should be closed at all times. Proceed to the front door. You will find a keyless keypad access system to the left of the door. Enter code given above and then press the Checkmark symbol at the bottom the the keypad numbers. This will unlock the door. You may enter at this time.
Upon entering, please close and lock door behind you. To complete the check-in process, please text your safe arrival to 602-329-9531. At that time, your check-in will be complete.
TRASH CONTAINER PICK UP:
Trash pick up is each Tuesday. Please put out both the recycle and trash bins each Monday evening at curbside. Trash containers are located on the side of the house near driveway.
HOUSE RULES: PLEASE READ!
No smoking indoors
Please do not leave trash bins out over night after it has been picked up.
No burning incense or candles inside the home (Unless in an emergency, such as a power outage, then candles may be used)
THIS IS A NO PET RENTAL. WE WILL ASSESS A $500 FEE IF AN UNAUTHORIZED PET IS ON PROPERTY.
No loud music or excessive noises
Please set thermostat to no lower than 74 degrees to keep the system at optimal operation. Please set thermostat to 80 degrees upon your departure
Landscape services are performed on the 1st and 15th of each month. Please note that service techs will be on grounds on these days
