Enjoy the panoramic views Lake Erie has to offer in our meticulously kept Lake Front home. Our home easily sleeps 6 guests with 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, outdoor hot tub, sauna, central A/C, WiFi, fully stocked kitchen, full finished basement with theater room, 7 flat-screen TV's throughout, washer and dryer, and more. Take in the breathtaking lake views on one of the two outdoor decks.
Our home is located in a quiet, safe and quaint neighborhood that is convenient to stores and restaurants. Cedar Point, Kalahari and the Islands are approximately 30 minutes away.
Please note that we do not allow additional guests other than the registered guests. No parties or events are allowed.

Great Property on the Lake!

This is our second stay at this property. It was very accommodating for our friends for the week. It's in a nice quite neighborhood good for peace and quite and going for walks. We love the covered deck overlooking the lake with boat traffic and the lower sun deck is fantastic, too. The house has everything you need plus more. Plenty of supplies, towels, dishes and furniture. The kitchen is open floor plan which makes it very nice for multiple cooks and flow of the downstairs. We love this property and would stay here again and again.

The property was just as as we expected but the views are fantastic. The extra touches like sparkling waters, pastry and champagne upon arrival were an unexpected bonus!

Little slice of heaven

We adored our stay at this beautiful home. Upon arrival you open up the door to a stunning view of the lake. Once inside, the house is very clean, has very comfortable beds and was the perfect size. We also loved the sauna. Outside we enjoyed the lovely deck with swing, beautiful views of the water, a very nice deck with a table and chairs and fire pit nearby. Polly was an excellent host with great communication and she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and provided plenty of information about the area with recommendations. We absolutely had an amazing time and would love to return. This was by far the best VRBO rental we have stayed in ❤️.

Awesome amenities and hosts for this Lakefront property

The photos are great, but it's even better in person! There is a "Wow" factor as soon as you walk in the front door. Whether you're on the deck, the back porch, the dining/living area or the master bedroom you have a great view of the Lake! The hot tub, sauna, and media room are incredible amenities. The hosts are amazing - prompt and helpful communications and recommendations, clear instructions and so many welcoming touches! We hope to return next summer (if not sooner!) If you're looking to treat yourself to a lovely summer getaway this is the place to go.

House on the lake

We really enjoyed this home and plan to reserve it again. It was beautiful and very comfortable. The amenities were fantastic. We enjoyed the extra little touches the homeowner did.

You will love it!!!! We stayed here for Thanksgiving. The house is beautiful, clean, and spacious. Lake view is breathtaking. Great neighborhood; close to markets, food and entertainment.

Absolutely Top Notch Home

We have stayed at many locations around the world in many homes hosted by others, and I can’t say enough how impressed we were with Polly’s home. Everything about it is thoughtful, well laid out and in immaculate condition. Beautiful house with great views

This property is so nice with great views of the lake. The back porch and deck are fabulous. Our weekend was designed for rest and relaxation, and that we did. The property owners made sure we had everything we needed, plus some welcome items we didn’t even know we wanted. Lol. Very clean and furnished nicely. This is one of the best properties I’ve rented out of many. Thank you for a very memorable experience.

Nice house/nice location

This house is very nice (great view! Saw bald eagles twice!). Very clean, lots of amenities. Locals and neighbors so nice. Grocery store very close. Nearby restaurant, BBQ Pit, is amazing and lots of food. Hosts very accommodating and easy to contact. Bring phone chargers, and or USB-A to USB-C adapters.

Lovely lake getaway

This is a gem! Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and the space/view of the lake is incredible. Hot tub very clean and the basement is great with the projection screen and sauna. The many little touches like pastry, coffee, champagne, and soft drinks were very much appreciated. I have already rented again! Polly was a great host.

Cozy Retreat

My wife & I planned to celebrate our anniversary with a romantic weekend away and were very impressed with this Beautiful, Very Clean, Warm, Welcoming Vacation Cottage in Vermilion! Polly & Brad are the Best host’s!!! Upon arrival we were met with a chilling bottle of champagne and a breathtaking view of the lake in this quiet lakefront neighborhood. All of our expectations & more were met, and we were able to relax in the hot-tub while welcoming in the New Year watching Fireworks all around the area. The Fire pit provided a romantic area for us to stay warm and cuddle while listening to the calming waves brushing the shore. All of the amenities were perfect including the theater room where we were able to enjoy the Buckeyes victory during the Rose Bowl. Go Buckeyes!!!! Looking forward to “2022” & everything that comes with it as we will always remember welcoming in the New Year at a most beautiful and memorable. We recommend this cottage to everyone!!!

Beautiful lake Christmas vacation

We were visiting from NC and utilized the property for The Christmas holiday. The house is immaculate. It’s has all the supplies you need, appreciate the welcome notes and the labels on all the light switches (so you knew what it controlled) instruction manual was detailed. The attention to detail is unmatched. It was nice to have a home for my family to gather for the holidays with the beautiful view of the lake. Thank you!

Oberlin Family Weekend

I rented the house and stayed with my two young adult daughters. The house was immaculate, beds super comfortable and the view was amazing. Polly was very helpful. There were lots of extras like firewood set out for the fire pit, everything I needed for coffee in the morning, bakery cookies and drinks. We hope to get a chance to stay again to visit my daughter at Oberlin.
