Nestled right on the water, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath home offers a front-row seat for sunset views from its spacious porch. Indoors, two TVs—one equipped with a Roku stick in the living room, and another in the second bedroom with free streaming channels—ensure entertainment. Fully furnished, including cookware and dinnerware, with provided towels and sheets. An outdoor kitchen with a grill beckons, and a boat dock is available for boat enthusiasts. Beach access for swimming. Just 28 miles from Cypress Bend Golf Resort, and a mile from Pleasure Point boat launch, with South Toledo Bend State Park nearby for hiking and water activities. Please be aware that there is an error on the website showing there is a pool/spa but, I no longer have a pool or spa.

Toledo Bend Cabin

Overall is was a very good cabin in which to stay. The biggest issue was the hedges along the front porch. They were so tall, that they completely blocked the view of the water.

Loved it

Loved the location and cabin was comfortable and had everything we needed. I contacted the host a few times and she replyed back promtly. Definetly would stay there again.

Great place, had everything

The house was very nice and had everything we needed. We were concerned about the AC's keeping up with this extreme heat, but they did beautifully. Location was perfect and the beach was nice. The beds were very comfortable.

The property was nice. Had some great views of the lake. Pictures need to be updated, especially of the outdoor kitchen.

Great family getaway

We had a great time at this property. The kitchen was fully stocked so we were able to prepare lots of food/snacks. The view of the sunsets was awesome as you look out over the lake. The host was very responsive to all our questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfection

Everything was great! The hosts are very nice and easy to talk to. We needed the propane tank filled and they came out and replaced it with a full one. My husband battery on his boat was dead and the host let him borrow a charger for it! The dock needs a little work but we were about to tie our boat off and fish from it. So make sure you have all your supplies before getting there. The nearest store are just gas stations and off course you will pay almost double. I love the little touches that the host put in the house! The little charger cords on the night stands in the master bedroom! I would stay again for sure! Oh and bring your own firewood for the fire ring!

Great location

Kristi was amazing and the location was perfect. The property was very clean, it has everything you can think of. All you need to bring is yourself, food and drinks. Will definitely be back.

Very nice getaway

This was a great property to stay at. More than enough room for our needs. Cabin was clean and very nice. The only thing we had to supply was food and drinks. Neighbors were very friendly. Definately renting again for our next trip out there.

Great getaway!

This place was better than expected! Cabin was clean with plenty of room to spread out and is well stocked with dishes and cookware. It's in a quiet location on the lake with beautiful sunsets from the large front deck which is fully fenced for the fur babies. The private pool was awesome and very clean! Kristi is very fast with responding to any inquiries you may have. We had an awesome time and can't wait to go back!

Great place for fishermen

We really enjoyed staying here everything was very clean and neat when we arrived One of the air conditioner units wasn’t blowing cold at all and we contacted them and they came and resolved the issue right away, probably within 20 minutes that speaks volumes right there However when staying here make sure you bring extra food water and things like that the nearest town is 30 minutes away

Family reunion!

We definitely enjoyed our stay. We do wish the pool would have been clean so we could have used it or been contacted ahead of time letting us know. Other than that perfect place to stay on the water.

Relaxing

Amazing home on the lake!

The house was beautiful, exactly how it was pictured online. We stayed for a weekend with our children, and we felt right at home. Everything you could’ve needed was in the home! Between the lake and the pool, the kids spent 90% of the time swimming! The view is just gorgeous from the front deck! Was surprised to see two games on the porch as well. We definitely will be back!

Simple. Amazing.

This place was fantastic. We were wowed from the moment we walked in. There was NOTHING we could’ve brought that wasn’t already there for us. There were so many little things that were very much appreciated. Ice was making in a counter top ice machine, laundry detergent available in the laundry room, tv trays, and even though we didn’t need it, there was a sippy cup. We had a wonderful time and we can’t wait to go back!
