I’ve stayed in my fair share of rental homes and this one is in the top 3 for sure. Caitlin was extremely responsive and the home is very warm and welcoming! The bed in the primary bedroom!!! It’s so comfortable! It’s very well stocked, especially for families with young children. We absolutely loved it.

The host was so responsive and had all the amenities anyone would need! The entire home is a lovely, refurbished older home, and has so much character and charm! So comfortable I would have stayed longer if I could! We’ll be back I’m sure!

This was an amazing property! Ideal location, super hosts! My family and I had a great time. Fully equipped with everything you need. It was like being at a Marriott hotel with all the comforts of home. I would give this property and its hosts a 10 out of 10 rating! We will definitely be back. Perfect, lovely home.

Stayed with my daughters and couldn’t have been more comfortable. Home is conveniently located and as described. Owners were quick to respond and very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Naval Academy camp

Came up to drop my son off at camp and spend a couple of days with a long time friend. We loved Caitlin’s place. Will definitely be back!

Came to the DC area to visit children and grandchildren transitioning back from overseas duty assignments. This was the perfect location for watching the grands while their parents managed moving into the new house etc. Great location, nice sized yard for outdoor play, Library 2 blocks away, and enough indoor for the kids to have their own play spaces and naps. Host were wonderful, clear, and prompt with communication. Would definitely stay here again!

A great New Years!

Four of us stayed here for the weekend of New Years. The kitchen was stocked with gadgets and coffee, anything we needed to clean, anything we needed to get cozy, etc. The apartment was adorable and the owners couldn’t have been friendlier!

Christmas Getaway

We had a great time. Everything was just as advertised. Beds were very comfortable. Communication with the owner was outstanding. The only problem we had was figuring out that the water temperature setting on the washing machine was reversed - cold setting gave you hot water and hot setting gave you cold.

Conveient location

Our daughter is located right across West Ave on N. Homestead. It was great just walking across the street. to be with my family and only 1/2 mile to the church. I thought having 1 bathroom might be a problem but it wasn't. The host are friendly & accommodating. We would definitely book this property again.

Great location!

Great location, conveniently positioned between suburban conveniences (Target, McDonalds, Starbucks) and charming hubbub of "old town." The property had everything we needed (including an umbrella on an extremely wet day). Especially appreciated keyless entry (really handy when our group went in separate directions). Immaculately clean and well stocked. Big bedrooms. All good!

This is an exceptional property. The large 2-bedroom apartment is spacious, welcoming, and filled with light. The open kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The sofa and king-sized bed were super comfortable. The unit is located over a garage, away from the main road, so very quiet. Parking was a breeze. The kitchen opens onto a nice deck over a big yard. Definitely family friendly. There are 3 TV's (Roku), one in each of the bedrooms and another in the living room. We had a little trouble with the keypad getting into the unit but it was no problem after we got the hang of it (the host was very helpful). The location was wonderful, close to the historic district (I walked there everyday while my wife read or knitted), but easy access to other points of interest, like Sandy Beach, Quiet Waters State Park, and the Eastern Shore. We enjoyed the Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen, as well as trying out nearby coffee houses. Great place to stay while visiting Annapolis.

Overall, the property is OK don’t you inconvenience is coming in and have to turn around and back in to the parking space and the second bedroom was very noisy in the closet Walz at hard time sleeping.

Highly recommend. The unit was exactly as described - clean, comfortable and exceptionally well equipped. Centrally located, about 1.5 mile walk to Annapolis waterfront. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Despite being located right on West St, the unit is very quiet and the balcony patio is a great place to relax both morning and evening.

Fabulous Spot

This property was perfect for an Annapolis get away. Spotless, great location and well stocked. Nice deck and view of the yard. I would definitely stay here again if I decide to return to Annapolis.

Lovely stay in Annapolis!

This property was great! The owners were very friendly and communicative. The apartment was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed including bathroom soaps and shampoo, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and cleaning supplies. The two king-sized beds were extremely comfortable. One of my kids slept on the couch, which was also comfortable with lots of extra bedding, pillows, and towels. The back deck was a lovely spot to have coffee in the morning and unwind from the day in the evening. I would definitely recommend this property as a home base for visiting Annapolis and the D.C. area. We toured several colleges in the area and had no problems getting to the Eastern Shore, Baltimore, and D.C. We’ll definitely be back if my kids choose a college in the area!

Excellent property.

A beautiful apartment, so nice I could live there. Approximately 7 minute Uber ride to downtown Annapolis (about 12 dollars) and a short walk from some shops and fast food outlets. Host was excellent and communication was no issue at all. Annapolis a lovely town with plenty shops and restaurants and it is very easy to visit Washington from here. I only wish I stayed longer. I

Annapolis Gem

This property and it's owners were great! Fast communication when I had questions upon arrival - even got in a little early! Very clean! Apartment was stocked with all the amenities! Bathroom soaps and shampoo, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, etc. Even some beer and wine in the kitchen! 2 king sized beds were plenty for us - huge closets if you need them. Lots of extra towels, too! 10/10 recommend this property. We are so happy to have stayed here!
