The Cocoonr / Book&Pay agency in Villers-sur-Mer offers this charming 25 m² apartment, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it comprises a pretty 12 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room.

The apartment is composed as follows
- 12 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen including microwave oven, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower

Outside :
- A 4 m² balcony to enjoy fine weather

The apartment is ideally located in Villers-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot. Parking is also available in front of the building (for a fee in summer).

As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Deauville, approx. 10 km away
- Nearest airport: Caen, approx. 53 km

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our local partner). Rates given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition, and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Façade restoration work will take place from February 1 to the end of June 2025. During this period, the balcony will not be accessible.
