New construction 320 sq ft tiny house in quiet community with lake access from community boat launch or from Walling Bend Park, just 5 minutes away. House includes fully stocked kitchenette with 2-burner induction cooktop, multi-function microwave, refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker. The 55" smart tv will keep you in touch and the quiet HVAC will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The propane Weber grill is easy to access on the large outside deck. You can enjoy stargazing while roasting marshmallows over the firepit. There is ample parking for your boat. The lake can be accessed by foot at the rear of the property for fishing or swimming.

The casita was great for our stay. Close and convenient to PSR for baseball tournament. Byron was attentive when we needed help and was really nice. The cats were also a surprise the kids loved.

outdoor area was not clean, covered in ants and 2 cats bringing up large rats they had killed.inside had a sewer smell, snacks( appreciated) were mostly out of date.over all 10 being the best to stay, I would give it a 4.5 based on price and listing vs what we gotDan

This was a town night get away with my wife. We didn’t have many expectations beyond wanting a peaceful retreat. The Casita was the perfect venue for what we were hoping for! The cabin was very homey and comfortable. The kitchenette and coffee bar served our needs perfectly. There were several amenities we did not take advantage of but hope for another opportunity to do just that. Highly recommended!

My wife and young boys love it here and we will be back. It's a small cabin just one open room with a bathroom but everything was nice and clean. Had all the amenities you would expect from a three 3 star hotel very thought out. Everything is updated or brand new internet worked great very quiet neighborhood deer all over the place. Excellent location with a small private lake access a larger neighborhood lake access and public access a few minutes away. We had a wonderful time and the tiny cabin was perfect.

We enjoyed our weekend getaway so much! The Casita was clean and comfy an had everything you could possibly need! Our Host was very nice and quick in welcoming us when we arrived.We will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful view and a great experience!

The hosts for this casita were so friendly and quick to respond to our questions. The casita was comfy, so clean and had everything one could possibly need. The water bottles and snacks were a nice surprise.

We had a nice stay. Ample parking for our truck and bass boat. Close ramp from the property. It was very quiet and peaceful. The house is a studio, one bedroom but is designed well to not feel cramped for my husband, myself, and our dog. The thoughtful extras went a long way. The coffee, snacks, bottles of water, were a nice surprise. Also, the bathroom was very clean. Well stocked towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion. Not all VRBO’s have this included. One thing, which I’ve noticed in others rentals please get a full length mirror. Great bed. Easy to use TV. Extra comforter and pillows. We fished all day and relaxed when we got back. We bbq’d but was too hot for a fire. A/C worked great. You are on the property of the owner. Can’t remember if that was in the listing but we certainly had no issue with this. Thanks for having us.

We loved our stay! We could have used a toaster and the wifi was not reliable or strong. The bed was quite comfortable! The AC was great and we appreciated the extra blanket to use on the couch. The bottle of Prosecco (one of my favorites!) was an unexpected surprise.
