You will be staying in a pleasant, south-facing semi-detached house with magnificent views of the valley peaks. Located in a small co-ownership of 7 houses, this accommodations are ideally situated to leave your car behind during your stay and enjoy all the surrounding activities. It's a 2-minute walk from the Skyvall gondola lift, 5 minutes from the shops in the center of Loudenvielle, and 2 minutes from the lake and thermal spa. Living area: 56 m² (Carrez Law); 72 m² floor area. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi (fiber optic); one bedroom can be converted into an office for teleworking if needed. A private parking space is available for your car in front of the house, and there is a large free parking lot nearby. You will also have a private ski/bike room to store your equipment. In the living room, you will find a library for children and adults, as well as board games. Sheets, towels, and household linen are not provided. Sheets and towels can be rented. Beds are equipped with duvets and pillows. Electricity consumption is payable upon departure (in addition to the rental price), at the current EDF rate. From October 2026, electricity consumption will be included in the price, provided it does not exceed 500 kWh per week. Beyond that, the additional cost will be payable at the current EDF rate. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants (a cleaning deposit of €90 will be required upon arrival). As stated in the house rules, pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
