I contacted the property manager about a couple of minor things that we needed fixed. He sent a repairman over very quickly and he did the work quickly.I would happily recommend this unit to anyone who needed a rental in the Tubac area.

Desert Calm

My time at this rental was ideal. A very minor issue , probably due to my confusion over TV remote controls, was dealt with immediately. The unit was clean and quiet. It was well equipped and homey. We loved the roof top kitchen. It was great for star gazing.

Overall the space was comfortable for our stay. There were two adult couples. It was like the pictures. The community it quiet and has nice amenities. The host was slow to respond or unresponsive. And there were basic things missing from the stay - we had no hand soap in the kitchen and no extra bottles, no extra paper towel rolls, the Keurig didn't work and the coffee maker could use a thorough cleaning. We messaged the host about the hand soap and didn't get a response. If we return I'd look for a different unit within the same community.

Glad you enjoyed your stay overall. Sorry for not responding about the extra hand soap for the kitchen sink. It was Christmas day and it didn't seem urgent as there was hand soap for the restroom sinks and dish soap for the kitchen. Hope you enjoy your future travels wherever they take you.

Good but needs improvement

We have stayed at other properties at this location and found this property is more dated and run down compared to the others. A number of things need to be fixed and cleaned. We made a list of improvements that we thought need to be addressed and left a note at the property.

Comfortable Condo

The condo was quiet, spacious and met our needs well. We enjoyed the use of two bicycles that the owner has available to renters. The only area with a view was up a flight of stairs in the courtyard.
