The house has a sun room, living room, den, large kitchen (no dishwasher), and plenty of beds for the whole family. Dogs considered.


This bright and updated historic home has views of the bay from the yard, sun room, and all bedrooms. Private yard with grill, fire pit, and outdoor dining set. Walk to the beach in minutes. Parking on site.


Full access to the private yard and all the interior living space. Please do not enter the basement or attic. Fire pit in side yard is for your use! No unregistered guests on the property at any time.


3rd “bedroom” is on the upstairs landing and does not have a door. This bedroom has a trundle bed (2 twins) and both an air mattress and rollaway cot that can be set up for you on request. Please let us know in advance of your arrival what additional sleeping requirements/arrangements you may need.
