Nestled in a quiet diverse neighborhood of long-term residents. Sleeps up to 6 with plenty of space to spread out and be comfy. Natural lighting in all areas with large windows in the living room. A perfect place to make your long or short stay comfortable and ideal. Great for families, friends, travelling nurses and business travelers.

*Minimal Cleaning Fee is charged to our guest. Savings of 50% per booking.

very nice home inside and outside. the front porch and back deck is great. the rooms were well decorated and cleaned. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of supplies and a few extras that came in handy in the pantry for cooking like seasonings oil spray coffee tea rtc. we also added to this by leaving some paper products for those who don't prefer washing dishes and the host left a nice snack tray for us and my son really liked that. The street traffic was a little noisy but nothing too crazy for through traffic. I bought a stopper for the tub because it didn't work but it's 3 and im a bath person the showers were grear rain shower heads. All in all we loved this home and will book again when visiting family in the area.

Had a great time.

Needed to be in Raleigh for the special Olympics and this location was perfect. House was very nice and also very clean. Bed slept well also. Will stay here again if I need to be in Raleigh again!

Ideal for Our Stay

We had a wonderful stay. House was very clean. Location was great. Beds were very comfortable. Quiet area. The front porch, with its rocking chairs, was a little slice of heaven! Keesha was a wonderful, attentive hostess and left us a beautiful basket of snacks. Thank you, that was very much appreciated.

This property was immaculate, well appointed, comfortable and conveniently situated in a good neighborhood with easy highway access and close to many area amenities. The host was responsive and very accommodating. We would undoubtedly book again when we come to the area if this property is available.

Moving Granddaughter to NC State Un

Very relaxing and clean house with a great front porch and two rocking chairs. Lovely decor and uncluttered rooms. Very thankful for the nice kitchen where we could prepare our meals, visit and play games. Would definitely come back.

Amazing

Owner inbox me to let me know the cleaning lady turned the air off by mistake and she turned it on. The house should be cooled off within a hour. The house was a little hot when i got there and text to let her know. She immediately text me back and came out right away with the air conditioner guy to fix the problem. House was beautiful everything was 5 to 20 minutes away from the house. I really enjoyed my stay

Beltline in Raleigh NC

Property was clean and comfortable, especially the beds, which can be a challenge in any rental. Cleanliness is important to us, & it was fine! I’d only recommend that mirrors be added for all the bedrooms. The 4 stars for location was only because this home is on a somewhat busy street, which didn’t quiet down until after 11pm. Otherwise, it was a convenient location, just 10 minutes to downtown Raleigh, and easy to get around for our purpose. The property manager gave clear instructions for entry & exit and no other communication was necessary. I’d recommend this property to any small group for a short stay in Raleigh, NC. Very nice!! Thank you
