This spacious, 2 level, all-wood cabin is the idyllic stay for a group of friends or family that are looking to spend quality time together and disconnect from the stresses of daily life. You and your group will enjoy the wrap-around, screened-in porch that features a number of seating options with river views! Located on the Toccoa River the property features a dock built along the water!
The main spaces of the cabin:
- A SITTING AREA that features leather sofas and an armchair facing an HDTV with Fire TV service and a rock-stacked gas fireplace!
- A KITCHEN with countertop space, high-end appliances, plenty of cabinet space to stock with groceries, and all the cookware needed to prepare homemade dishes. Of course, we included a coffee maker to help you get your day started and a dishwasher for easy and fast clean-ups!
- A wood DINING TABLE with 6 chairs for enjoying sit-down meals at home and it can also be used as a “laptop-friendly” workspace if needed.
- 3 BEDROOMS and 2 BATHROOMS to accommodate 6 guests as such:

- A WASHER & DRYER

A full weekend of creativity and talented musicians playing unique and soulful cigar boxes. Enjoy wine, food trucks, and craft vendors at the beautiful Bear Claw Vineyards.
Oct 4-5 - John C. Campbell Fall Festival
Always the first full weekend in October at the John C. Campbell Folk School. Celebrate Appalachian heritage, featuring a wide variety of craftspeople, continuous live music and dance, craft demonstrations, good food, and much more. 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Oct 4 -5 - Georgia Marble Festival
First weekend in October at the Lee Newton Memorial Park, Jasper, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. This two-day celebration includes a road race, parade, expo, fine arts exhibit, arts & crafts booths, entertainment, children's area, business expo and tours of the marble quarry.
Oct 4-5 - Indian Summer Festival: Held at Woody Gap School in Suches, this festival is a local tradition in early October, offering a variety of activities, including live music, arts and crafts, food vendors, and family-friendly attractions.
Oct 10-12, 16-18 - Georgia Mountain Fall Festival: This festival in Hiawassee features musical performances, craft vendors, educational demonstrations, a flower show, and the State Fiddlers' Convention.
Oct 11-12, 18-19 - Georgia Apple Festival
Ellijay Lions Club Fairgrounds. Over 300 vendors with handmade, hand-crafted items, as well as many on-site demonstrations. There is also a parade and antique car show each year.
Oct 11-12, 18-19 - Sorghum in the Mountains Festival
Local arts and crafts, vendors, food. Located in Blairsville, GA.
Oct 17-19 Blue Ridge Mountains Parade of Homes
A self-guided tour showcasing exceptional homes throughout the area, highlighting a range of unique and diverse architectural and building styles.
Oct 18 - Paws Fest
Downtown Blue Ridge, City Park. Pet parade, costume contest, blessing of the animals, pet photos, vendors, micro-chipping and more! Be sure to stay for the Ultimate Air Dogs Dock Diving Competition.
Oct 18 - 19 - Heritage Days Festival
Located in Talking Rock, GA, 9am - 5pm. The little town of Talking Rock will be filled with booths featuring a wide variety of arts, crafts and antiques. There will be interesting demonstrations for the young and old, Bluegrass and Southern Gospel Music and good food.
Oct 18-19 - Gold Rush Days Festival
Located in Downtown Dahlonega, 9am - 5pm. Over 300 art and craft exhibitors and food vendors gather around the Public Square and Historic District in support of this annual event.
Oct 24 - 26 - Mountain Moonshine Festival, Georgia Racing Hall of Fame
Features one of the largest car shows in the Eastern US, held at the Georgia Racing Hall of Fame and throughout the streets of historic downtown Dawsonville.
Oct 31 - Blairsville Boo Bash
For the kids! A local trick-or-treat walk-around event put on in Blairsville, GA, at Meeks Park!
