Preparing delicious dishes in the modern kitchen is a breeze with this fully stocked kitchen that’s well appointed with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A 12-cup coffee maker for those early birds will help you start the day with ease. Enjoy meals around the table for four at the breakfast nook or gather everyone around the formal dining table.

This single-story home sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.

The primary bedroom features king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the pool deck. The en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity, a walk-in shower, deep soaker tub, and a private water closet.

The two guest bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house and provide separation and privacy for all. These two rooms feature queen size bed, television, ceiling fans, and plenty of closet space. The guest bathroom is configured with a shower/tub combination. There’s also a powder room located off the game room.

Lush landscaping creates a serene and very private setting in the backyard. Take a dip in the pool or soak in the hot tub. Chaise lounges invite you to soak up the sun.

Gather around the gas fire pit for casual conversation or s’mores with the little ones. The covered patio features ambient light strings that provide the perfect atmosphere for gathering around and sharing stories. This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.
