Built in 2021, this very small apartment has everything you need! Walking distance to all Minturn restaurants and the Minturn Summer Artisan Market. Twelve minutes to Vail and 16 minutes to Beaver Creek. Five minute ride to the Minturn Bike Park, lots of hiking trails nearby.

Summer Concert Series at the Minturn Amphitheater and the Bravo! Vail Music Festival is only 15 minutes away.

French doors open up onto a beautiful pasture and hillside out back, and the kitchen door opens onto a small peaceful deck.

Nice Ski Stay in Quaint Town Near Vail

We really enjoyed this place as a base for our ski trip to Vail. Shuttle was free and just a couple minute walk. Tranquil setting made for nice mornings. Minturn was a charming town. Very communicative and accommodating hosts. While the shower and couch weren’t overly large, and there were a lot of steps this place served it’s purpose well and was clean overall. Would stay here again, thank you!

Great little escape from the city

Property was very nice and quiet and tucked away in the town. Really a perfect place to stay and affordable. Everything you could need there and great views as well.

Excellent guest house

We had a wonderful stay. The property was absolutely perfect for a couple staying in Minturn for a weekend. Extremely comfortable, private, and accessible from Minturn, Vail, and Beaver Creek. We will definitely be back!

Quiet getaway close to Vail

My wife and I stayed here for the weekend and headed over to Vail to snowboard each day, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The house was small but cozy, and the neighborhood was super quiet. The location was great as it was only a 10-15 drive to Vail with no traffic to fight. At the end of the day, we'd come back to the house, relax in the quiet for a while, and then hit up one of the local restaurants for dinner. And because there was next to no light pollution, we would walk around outside for a while after dinner and star gaze.The hosts were very helpful and communicative. We had zero problems during our stay and would definitely stay there again in the future.

Ski stop over in route to California

Nice unit for a single or a couple enjoying all that Colorado has to offer with an easy walk into town. Minturn reminds me of what Colorado was like in the early 70’s….local hospitality, local business and local food establishments. Always a great stop for us!

The best!

The pictures don’t lie…the property is so cute! You’ll feel right at home and the property has everything you could possibly need to feel comfortable. The views were incredible especially with the fresh snow. Patty gives you great directions to find the property and makes sure you have everything you need and quick to respond to any questions you may have. We will definitely be back in the summer to explore more of the town and to experience the property with doors and windows open!

Perfect Getaway

We had a beautiful time at this cute little home! The host checked in and made sure our stay was amazing. The scenery was relaxing and a great place to sit outside and drink a cuppa coffee. Quiet, little town with great people and great adventures.

Perfect location in a great town

Just about the perfect mountain getaway. Our hosts were very communicative and check in/out was super easy. The apartment had everything we needed and we were very well taken care of. The location is perfect for exploring Minturn and we didn't use our car once over the 4 days we were there. From parks to restaurants to multiple hiking trails everything was easily walkable. The apartment is on a quite back-ally/street and directly faces a beautiful mountain meadow. It feels very private. The pictures almost don't do the location justice for how peaceful and beautiful it is.

The Perfect Place

Can’t say enough good things about this unit. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again. From the great location to having everything you could possibly need for a stay, it had it all. Everything was in new condition, and it was clean and cozy. The fully stocked kitchen was perfect for nights we stayed home and cooked. Also loved that it was in close walking proximity to restaurants and shopping. Patty the host was very hospitable and was quick to respond to questions that we had.

We've lived in the valley for over 40 years. We were drawn to the outdoor lifestyle as were most of us long-termers. We built this Guest House in our back yard so we can share what we love with others. Patty was a manager at several hotel/condo properties in the valley, and was the Manager of the Eagle River Inn across the Street from the Saloon in Minturn so we know what guests like and try our best to give it to them!
