Enjoy a luxurious fully furnished privately owned 3-Bedroom, two bathrooms Cottage with full unobstructed Lake View at La Casa Resort on Lake Okanagan ('Napa of the North'). The cottage is only a 2-minute walk to the amenities with no hills to climb.

This cottage sleeps 6 and has all the comforts of home including A/C, 2 Cable TVs with wireless internet (WiFi) and Netflix, full kitchen (Stainless Steel Stove, Fridge, Microwave and Dishwasher), new washer/dryer and large deck with gas BBQ.
Air purifier in upstairs and downstairs.

Enjoy the many amenities and activities available for the whole family and only a few steps away. A few examples include

Great family vacation spot

Our family (4 adults, 3 kids) had a wonderful stay at John's cottage. La Casa has all the conveniences you'd want, and John's cottage had a great view of the lake and was a short walk to the pool/playground/courts, making it super convenient for us with the kids. I gave only 4 stars only because there was construction everyday right next to the cottage, 8am until 4pm, which was loud and shook the whole property. I know it is outside John's control, but something to consider for La Casa as a whole, as there are multiple properties being built. Otherwise would recommend this stay and would return! Thanks John!

Perfect Stay

We were a group of 6. Age ranging from 55 to 78. The amenities were within walking distance. We totally enjoyed the pool and mini golf. The cottage's deck was shaded come mid afternoon. It was perfect for visiting outside. Property exceeded expectations. Thank you John for a funtastic stay. We will be back!

Amazing cottage!

Our stay was wonderful! The cottage was cozy and comfortable with an amazing view! We especially loved the beach area and would highly recommend renting a golf cart! Overall, wonderful stay!

Bottled water required

We were disappointed to find out that there had been a water advisory on this property. Although it was lifted the week prior, we were not notified arriving with a 6 month old baby. We had to leave this booking due to non-confidence that the water was acceptable. The quote in the rental manual states" the quality of the water has not changed". Changed from what, is it classified as safe for a young infant and seniors in the family? The resort is nice, cottage is as described but this water issue should be identified prior to arrival of all guests.

Amazing View

The property had everything we needed for a great family trip. The view of the lake was beautiful. Our little one loved the mini golf and the pool that were just a short walk away.

Breathtaking

The place had an amazing view and we all enjoyed it. We all felt at home. John also had a good collection of books, which was a nice surprise. I just wished I had enough time to read. The beach was clean and the kids had fun swimming there. And the owner, John, provided us with detailed instructions in getting there and how to utilize the facilities in his cottage. He also provided the basic kitchen necessities which made our stay a whole lot easier. I would recommend this to those who are.looking for a quiet, refreshing, and fun time with family.

What a view!

Our stay at La Casa was fabulous. The cottage was very clean, offered everything we needed including a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty of towels. The view is spectacular and the patio was perfect for outdoor dinners and morning coffee. Bruce was very accessible for communication and the check-in/out process was very easy. Looking forward to booking again

Lovely, clean home with a beautiful view! It was so great to be within walking distance of the pool and other amenities. John was gracious and accommodating and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great house, great location

The house is as advertised, John is a pleasure to work with. He responds quickly to questions but is otherwise out of sight and leaves you to enjoy the place as you see fit. Would definitely recommend a stay at this property!

Great stay in off season and older kids.

The property is at the top of the resort hill closest to the lake. So you need to cross the westside road in order to access the pool/mini golf/playground etc. Another pool is quite far up another hill so requires a golf cart or vehicle. The house itself is very clean and well stocked with towels, bedding, kitchen things. There is no curtain in the loft bedroom so unfortunately those guests are at mercy of the early morning sunrise. The beach and lake area is beautiful but very rocky and small. There are beach chairs but they fill up very fast bewtern 10-4. Best time to go is after 4pm as it is in the shade and almost everyone leaves. The pools are fine but deep for any kids under 5. There is no wading area or area inder 3ft deep. Golf carts are $99 a day to rent. Back patio has an amazing view and thankfully in the shade from about noon on. No neighbors on the north side which made for a quiet outdoor. We went with 2 toddlers and 4 adults - and had a good time. The resort would be better suited for kids 6 years plus. I think in july/august the beach and pool areas would get insanely busy so definitely worth going on off season or week days. Lots of construction happening on different cottages which made for long stops on the hill to get back to our cottage (the roads are only one way) Overall had a nice time. Thank you for having our family.

The cottage was a great size for our family of 4 with young kids. Quick access to the pool, park, restaurant and market was an added bonus!

Quiet, Spectacular View and CLEAN!! :)

We had a wonderful stay at Lacasa! It was perfect for our family of six. The pools, mini golf and tennis courts are a very easy walk across the main road. The cottage itself was very clean and had everything we needed! Lots of dishes, pots and pans. I can’t honestly think there was anything that we needed that we didn’t have. The private beach is down the hill and although you need to drive to it, our kids had a blast on the giant inflatable water trampoline and ran (or attempted to) across an inflatable bridge that was connected to another trampoline. It became quite the competition to see who could make it across without falling in the lake or who could have the most epic fall! I would highly recommend water shoes, the beach is very rocky and it was tough for the adults to navigate into the water but the kids didn’t seem to mind. There is ample chairs beachside as well so there is no need to bring your own. The pool, hot tub and mini golf is a very easy walk to get to, no need to drive. There were lots of chairs and loungers by the pool. The view, what can I say, it is spectacular. A quiet morning coffee on the deck before the kids get up was divine. There are lights on the inside of the patio umbrella that emits enough light that it doesn’t attract the moths but plenty enough to play some cards in the evening.

Amazing view And 3 comfortable beds close to amenities and drive to beach. Resort experience! Had a great time! it’s great for a family or other gathering or get away. Common area grounds and amenities clean.We would stay again ! John was great to deal with! Thanks again John!

awesome stay

Our experience made us wonder if we still want to get back to reality(job/work). We were welcomed with air-conditioned clean cottage and we all just wowed us soon as we saw the view of the lake from the deck( our favourite spot). We had so much fun after we rented paddle boards in la casa(which we just later found out), trampolines in the lake, and hot pools. It’s quite a drive from the centre of Kelowna so we made sure we had our grocery well stocked as the near by store are limited. The property owner is easy to reach, which we greatly appreciated. All in all, we had so much fun. (Ps)bring water shoes/sandals, kinda sharp on feet on there beach.

Stunning Views, beautiful property!

We loved the house! The property was so clean, everything we needed was there. Access to the beach was awesome and SO many amenities to enjoy like pool, tennis, mini golf etc. We have an ATV so we were interested in nearby trails. We were able to ride our ATV right from the house everyday and found miles and miles of perfect trails with stunning views. The ATV was also permitted in the community as a way to drive to the store, pool or beach etc. so that was very convenient. It was very hot during our stay so it was great to come back to the air conditioning, nice shower and laundry after our long rides on the trails. The view of the lake from the house was stunning! The only down side was lack of parking at the house for our cargo trailer that we haul our ATV in, and the houses are quite tightly packed so a little difficult to maneuver. But we managed to park our ATV and truck in the driveway and then store our trailer in the overflow parking on the other side of the complex. If we had more people with us it would have been very difficult to figure out parking for everyone, if the overflow lots are full (and they were most of our stay) there are really no other parking options. Would love to stay again and explore all the trails we didn’t have time to ride. Thank you John! Jenna and Corey

Fantastic view and very comfortable

What a great place to stay. There were seven of us and all were comfortable and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The shade on the deck after 12 o’clock noon kept us outdoors and cool even on the hottest days. There were a few comments about the railing being a little shakey. The appliances and furniture inside and out were once again comfortable and easy to use…. Except the coffee maker now I don’t drink nor make coffee but those that did said a simple coffee maker with on and off would be nice lol they figured it out. Everything was clean and well kept when there was a slight issue we called the owner and he responded and fixed immediately. Thanks for a great stay

Great place to stay when visiting the Okanagan valley.

Luxury house with an Amazing view on the Okanagan valley, with deers welcoming us every day just in front of our patio. We were 4 adults and 3 kids spending 4 days in the region and this place was perfect, swimming pools and mini put for a small rest between touring in the region, visiting winery and great outdoor walk and bike ride. Definitely recommended…

Amazing view!

Had a great stay at the lake cottage. The view was amazing and alot to take in, so every night was spent on the deck well into the evening. It was like a home away from home. It's a bit of a drive out from Kelowna so make sure you bring everything you need. Will stay here again if our travels bring us this way.
