The Space:
This cozy studio apartment is located above a one-car garage in a fenced backyard, offering a comfortable and private place to unwind after exploring Mobile.
Studio features include:
🏡 A fully private, detached living space
🌳 Quiet backyard setting away from street traffic
🛏️ Comfortable sleeping and living area ideal for solo travelers or couples
🧳 Great option for short stays, work trips, or extended visits
For guests staying longer than 14 days, we can arrange access to dedicated laundry facilities located in the unfinished garage space below the studio.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to:
-The entire studio apartment
-The shared backyard
Please note: the main house on the property may also be rented during your stay. While the studio remains fully private, you may occasionally cross paths with other guests outdoors. We’ll always do our best to let you know in advance if other guests are expected on the premises.

Hannon Avenue is one of Midtown Mobile’s quiet gems. With a dead end to the south, traffic is minimal, and the neighborhood feels calm and residential. Take a walk beneath 200+ year-old oak trees, stroll to Hannon Park for a picnic or frisbee toss, or enjoy the laid-back charm that makes Midtown so special.
Getting Around:
🚶 Walk to Nixon’s (a local favorite) or Aldi
🚕 Downtown Mobile is typically under a $10 Uber ride, even during peak times
🚗 Street parking is available and has never been an issue for guests
