Rated five stars on other platforms, The Summit is a private enclave of luxury estates perched on a gradual rise just above the El Paseo District for world-class restaurants and shopping. An immaculate 3,600 sq ft, each of the three bedrooms has its own private bath. A large backyard offers stunning mountain views, glistening pool, and built-in hot tub. An open floor plan connects to outdoor living and dining space, and a massive great room featuring 16-foot ceilings takes your breath away. There are two distinct living rooms, each with its own fireplace. The chef's kitchen is large, has a bar and breakfast nook, and stocked with everything needed to host memorable meals. The dining room and formal living areas offer dramatic lighting. Near Big Horn, Ironwood, Reserve, Stone Eagle, and Marakesh golf clubs, to name a few. The Living Desert zoo and great hiking are also nearby.

The home is impeccable and feels luxurious with dramatic indoor and outdoor lighting. Near the El Paseo district for great shopping and dining. Private pool with a hot tub. The interior spaces are large and wide open, and you are surrounded by 16-foot high ceilings. You'll find everything you need in the kitchen to prepare great meals and there are great indoor and outdoor places to host your family and friends. Near the Living Zoo and great hiking.

Peaceful and quiet, upscale community with amazing views in every direction. The home offers dramatic night time lighting. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need.
