Comfortable private unit with hot tub, swimming pool and free parking

We’re sorry to hear that you felt unwelcome during your stay. However, we believe it’s important to clarify a few things for future guests, as your review leaves out some important details. First, you did not disclose that you would be bringing a pet with you when making your reservation. While we are pet-friendly, we do have house rules that guests are expected to follow, and we ask that guests respect our property. Regarding the smoking incident, we want to clarify that we could clearly smell marijuana inside our home, including on the upper floor of the house, late at night. This was not simply a concern about smoking outside. We have a child with a severe sensitivity to this smell, so this was a serious concern for our family. Our message was sent because we were concerned about the smell entering our living space and the well-being of our child, not to make you feel unwelcome. Our house rules, including quiet hours, hot tub hours, pet guidelines, and security measures, are provided to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone. These rules are communicated so guests know what to expect before booking. We understand that not every property is the right fit for every guest, and we’re sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we also expect guests to respect our home, our family, and the rules established for the property.
