Highly recommend this as your getaway place to reside while on vacation. Great area, great house, and great host. If possible I would give it ten stars!!!!!

This house was absolutely amazing! We stayed here for my son’s 21st birthday. There were 10 of us and the place was still spacious and gave so much room! It has everything you want to just hang at the house and have a good time. I door and outdoor spaces were great. We went clubbing a few nights downtown Miami and it was still super cheap to uber each way (a little over 20 one way) Rick was great to work with and super responsive. Definitely one of the best places we have stayed!

Nice place for families – – swimming pool plus pool table

This is a very large house with many bedrooms and bathrooms serving as a good place for family gatherings. We were there for a wedding at the nearby Curtis mansion. House served our purposes very well.

We enjoyed the pool and the house was beautiful! Rick’s communication was amazing! We enjoyed all 7 days! An Uber driver also told me this house was one of the most stayed in by tourists! It was awesome thank you so much Rick!

Antoinette rented the residence bit never showed up. Only her group of pot smoking 21 year reaked havoc on the residence and the city. Police were called by neighbors several times. Noise, drugs, dougnuts in the middle of the street. Dozens of Outside guest showed up to party. Had lots damage at the residence. I would never rent to her ever again. Stay clear!

Nice, quiet house in Miami for large groups.

This house was a great house for a large family to share for several days. With so much to do! Large pool, pool table, two domino tables, arcade, dart board and fire pits. Plenty of outdoor sitting areas. I would highly recommend!

Something for Everyone

The 10 of us had a great stay. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen and baths well equipped and many activities are offered. The host was quick to respond to questions and had suggestions for activities and restaurants.

Great Stay

We loved this VRBO. The owner is great and very accommodating. There are extras of everything you could need there. Sunscreen, tape, syrup haha. WE LOVED IT!

Rick is great!

Rick reached out very early in the process to ensure we had everything we needed. He was very quick to respond and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. The property is very relaxing and we had an incredible time. All thanks to Rick!

Everything was great!! Nice home, could use a few upgrades and updates to property, but overall it was beautiful. Rick was an awesome host, he was available when needed.

Great option for group

Our group of 9 girls fit perfectly here. There’s tons of TVs and games, so we were constantly entertained. Only negatives were that there were quite a few ants and the upstairs gets really hot during the day (but that’s just Florida in summer!)

Easter Break with Friends

This place is fantastic! Rick was very attentive and offered great suggestions for things to do and places to try. We really enjoyed this well-equipped house; he has thought of everything! The house was clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the showers are amazing! We look forward to renting this place again next year!! 5 Stars!!

Stay in miami

Spot was nice but advertised as a 7 bedroom property when it was a 6 bedroom property with a bunk bed in one room to make for 7 beds. Luckily one of our group didnt make it down but would like listing accurately listed.
