River Charm Lodge - In Town - New Property - Pet Friendly

This beautiful cabin has a picture perfect riverside location along the Red River and close to downtown and the Red River Ski area. The lovely open living room looks out on the river and boasts vaulted aspen ceilings, gorgeous floor to ceiling river rock fireplace, a large flat screen television with satellite, and river views.

You will love cooking in the large chef's kitchen with a window looking out at the river. It is ideal for preparing and serving your favorite meals with a completely stocked kitchen, custom cabinets, breakfast bar, new appliances, and granite countertops.

Enjoy the cool mountain air and spending time outside on the riverside deck with a grill and dining table. Your children will love to feed the ducks that are regular visitors in the yard or have a s'more roast around the fire pit.

Bring your mountain toys! Plenty of room for parking several vehicles and trailers.

$75 per pet/2 pet max, charged separately by the property management company after booking.

Great location. The back patio and view of the river is phenomenal. We had a ton of wildlife including deer, ducks, chipmunks, and a trio of river otters. The house was well apportioned.

Fun in Red River

My whole family enjoyed the rental. The management was very helpful. We loved being on the River!! We will return for sure.

Property manager extremely helpful and attentive

Loved waking up, walking down stairs, grabbing coffee and sitting watching the wildlife! Great fishing right out the back door! Comfortable house! Great time had by all.

Family vacation

We loved our stay. The location by the river was beautiful and relaxing. The only negative comment has to do with the ongoing sewer smell in the front hallway. Maintenance responded and it was better, but each day the smell would come back. Other than that, we loved staying in this home. It provided us a lot of room inside and outside.

The house is in an excellent location right on the stream and close to town. It’s is a great place to stay if you want to be on the river. The house itself could use some updating and extra supplies. The kitchen is very lightly stocked with pots and pans and barely any knives and none sharp. This isn’t a huge deal but did make cooking food somewhat of a challenge. The beds are not comfortable at all but it does have two king beds which is nice. The gas grill had no propane and the lighter to light the flame is broken so you would have needed long lighter to light if there was propane. Overall the house is nice the location is excellent and the quality of the acomidations is acceptable. Communication with host was fine, their initial communication is a little heavy handed sounding but overall the experience was good and we would stay again.

The river and wildlife in the backyard was amazing and made up for a lot of inconveniences like hit and miss WiFi and the lack of so many kitchen necessities (wash clothes, cookie sheets or jelly roll pans, measuring cup set, oil or tin foil, etc.), plus 2 laundry pods and 2 dryer sheets for 7 people staying 5 days is virtually useless. However, we could get past all that. What was a deal breaker for the future is that the master bedroom upstairs had a broken fan (no a/c in the whole house), a cobweb-infested balcony that couldn’t be used, and a broken tv too. Mold on the ceiling of the independent shower on the top floor was troubling as well.

Red River Family Vacation

The property was perfect for our family and the location was excellent! The deck in the back could use some maintenance, as there was a hole that was a little dangerous? The small part of the deck that was covered leaked, as there was several rain storms while we were there, but overall we loved the backyard on the river. The kitchen was short on silverware as they only had enough for 8 and there was 11 of us, but we made do with plastic. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

We spent the weekend with family in Red River. The house was great. Right on the River and a very short car ride to the shops on Main Street and the ski slopes.

Good family time

The property was very clean. Property management was top notch. Plenty of room for our family of ten. Neighbors were very close though. The showers could us some updating. There was mold around the shower surround.

Great Home away from Home!

Our family has spent many February’s in Red River since 1994. This is our second time to stay in this lovely lodge. River Charm Lodge, is very spacious, with plenty of dinning area seating. The lodge decor is right on point. It has a lovely view of the river (stream), aspens and pines just out back. The cabin is very close to the slopes and downtown too! Once again we enjoyed our stay in Red River! The Judds

Great

The home worked very well for our two families with kids. I can imagine that three sets of adults would start getting crowded. - Very clean - Property managers were great - Kitchen was very functional - Garage with plenty of room to store our ski stuff and snowshoes - Bunk beds are always a hit with kids - Both large bedrooms fit a pack 'n play without trouble - The house is in a residential area. Do note that the houses are all pretty close together (we knew that ahead of time). This is not a "secluded cabin in the mountains" kind of place. Despite that, it felt very peaceful and private. The houses are just far enough apart on the river that you probably won't be bothered by the neighbors. - Easy parking with very wide driveway - Just far enough away from red river ski area that you'll need to drive, but red river ski area has very easy access/parking, so that was not a big deal for us. - Probably need to drive to the restaurants in town in the winter. Might be more walkable in the summer. Overall, this place worked out very well for us.

Fun cabin on the river.

Spent 4 nights in this cabin with my siblings for a reunion. Very nice, clean with nice amenities. Very enjoyable!

Pick this one!

We had an awesome trip to Red River. I am not big on comments but was impressed enough to take the time. I am highly picky on rentals and this is a great one. Next to the river, great deck and super comfortable beds.

Dreamy River Lodge

The location of the property was great and having 4 large bedrooms was nice.

The house was very clean and adequately supplied for our needs. There were a few repairs that needed to be done but I think they will be taken care of.
