Discover our spacious house built in 2003, situated on a 1000m² hillside plot with mature trees in the exclusive residential area of the "Els Grecs" urbanisation. Experience the sunny and quiet location with a fantastic panoramic view of Roses and the largest bay in the Mediterranean. Thanks to its strategic position on the hillside, you can enjoy this unique view from the upper and lower terraces as well as directly from the pool.
Inside, you will find a ground floor with three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower/WC and a utility room with washing tower. The spacious first floor offers plenty of room with a living room equipped with a dining table, upholstered suite, satellite TV and a fireplace stove, as well as a fully equipped eat-in kitchen including ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, "Dolce Gusto" coffee machine and toaster. An additional shower/WC and an open terrace complete this floor.
The outdoor area is characterised by a rectangular swimming pool, which was replaced in 2020 by a larger one (7.5m long and 4m wide) with water depths of 1.20m to 1.70m, making it particularly family-friendly. The generously extended sunbathing area, a garden seating area with wood/charcoal barbecue and garden furniture offer plenty of space for relaxation. A car parking space is also available.
The surrounding area offers direct access to the nature reserve above the house, which is ideal for relaxing walks, as well as numerous sports and leisure activities such as cycling tours, surfing, diving, water skiing and sailing. The location offers a perfect starting point for adventures in nature or on the water.
