Start your day with coffee on the balcony, while the waves transport you into vacay mode. If you're ready to soak in the sun, head down to the pool or straight to the beach! Enjoy nature? There's miles of trails in Gulf State park just 1/2 mile down the street, where the Eagles Nest & the Alligators Crawl. Easy walk to Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, or stay onsite and grab lunch & a daiquiri at Sea N Suds. Plan ahead and order groceries in. You never even have to get in the car! Location is A+! You will not be disappointed in this delightful 2BR/ 2BA condo. Sleeps 6!
CHAIR/UMBRELLA SERVICE (for 2) INCLUDED in months offered MARCH-OCTOBER!! NO NEED TO LUG DOWN CHAIRS, JUST BRING YOUR TOWEL AND COOLER! The normal times the pool is heated is March 1 to April 30th and mid September to October 31st.
Our condo is on the 5th floor, sleeps six guests between the two KING Size bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The kitchen is stocked with all basic kitchen supplies and everything you need to cook, along with space to seat six. We have a dual coffee maker for regular drip coffee or K-cups. Both bedrooms offer KING SIZE BEDS. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, washer/dryer, and unreserved parking for two cars in the open parking lot. This is a professionally cleaned and sanitized home. (*Pool heated in Fall and Winter months only.)
Beachfront. Very Walkable to food, shops and attractions. Less than 10 min drive to Walmart and Grocery. 5 min drive to Dollar General. Easy Bike ride just about anywhere you would want to go. Bike parking area on site.

We loved our stay.

Great condo and great rental experience! Perfect balcony to enjoy coffee with the dolphins every morning of our trip! Condo was super clean. The access to the beach and the chair setup was perfect! Never waiting for an elevator, pool and grounds were always kept in good shape. Everything you need for a great beach trip! We rent every year in the area and these owners weee by far the most welcoming and hospitable! Excellent communication and response times to my general questions.

Best unit we've had in Gulf Shores.
This was the best unit we've had in Gulf Shores. The parking option for this unit was a huge plus and although we didn't need anything the beach products stored in the unit were a nice addition. (Chairs,umbrella, towels, ect..) Will definitely use this unit again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were so accommodating and checked in once we got there to make sure we didn’t need anything/all was good. The emails sent before our stay were so helpful for restaurants and good local places/ideas of things to do. The condo was clean and stocked with all the necessities. The beach chair rental was a huge perk, having kids at the beach and not having to bring our own shade. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We will absolutely book this place again!

great location pretty much everything you need in walking distance!
awesome Condo! great location! Several friends where in town same town and they were in the bigger condo building down the beach and there is no doupt in my mind the smaller "low density" condos are the way to go!

This was a great value to be on the beach. The unit is older and small but very clean and perfect for 2 couples. Loved having 2 king size beds. And the included beach chairs and umbrella were wonderful!

Best place on the beach
We have stayed here multiple times, and it never disappoints. Beautiful condo with perfect views. Convenient to restaurants. Condo is clean with everything you can need for your stay. We won't stay anywhere else. Jimmy and Andra are the best hosts. Love, love, love this condo.

Perfect view of the beach. This beach area is much quieter and less busy. The home is beautiful and has everything you could need. They even have a small cooler to use on the beach. And they provided the beach chair set up with the rental! Super helpful to those of us flying from out of state. Facility is clean and security was super friendly. Highly recommended. We will stay here again.

Beautiful beachfront location! Able to walk to many restaurants and great shopping nearby. Plenty of towels, starter tissue and paper towels. Never stayed anywhere so well stocked with anything you could think you might need in the kitchen. Comfortable bed in master.

Had a great tip to Gulf Shores and stayed in a great place. We are already planning a return trip. Beach views were perfect and location was fabulous.The host for this property was exceptional to deal with!

Great stay in Gulf Shores

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and perfect for our stay. Right on the beach. The free chair rentals was an added bonus that was greatly appreciated.

Ivey's Rockin Rentals started after one lucky fishing obsessed Husband constantly wanted to go "wet a line" in the Gulf waters. After purchasing a rental, that same husband agreed to "manage" it in hopes to retire early and have more free time.... At this present day, his amazing Wife is still taking care of everything as he continues to fish and live his own private best life.
We truly love this place. The location is convenient to the State Pier where Jimmy can fish and Gulf State Park where I can ride my bike. The trails are AMAZING!!! Sea N Suds Restaurant is onsite. Try the Fish sandwich, or Oysters with a tall Cheap Sunglasses brew! If you book and want more info on the Park trails, hiking or fishing spots, please let us know!

We stay here regularly and try to keep everything in tip top shape! 2023 UPDATES: New mattress in primary bedroom/ new couch (bc couch beds gotta be maintained) , new loveseat and chair/ refinished both bathtubs.
Please know we don't use every item on every visit. Message us if anything isn't working or needs attention. We know you have many places to choice from and we are so happy to have you at our own little piece of paradise! This property has been rented since 2019 with a 5 star rating. We are just new to self managing.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad
The location really is unbeatable. Once we get here and park the car, we bike everywhere! There is a Surf Style directly across the street with a market for all your grocery basics & beach needs. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Hangout, 5 minutes to bike to The Oyster house or Dollar General. We don't really need anything else! Eat early or late, beat the crowds and enjoy!
