We loved our stay. It was a nice location and so nice to have chairs, cooler, and beach toys for kids. Plus having a washer and dryer was a big plus for a family of 6.

Property was clean and the view from the balcony was nice. Location was fine, about a 15 min drive to Charlotte Amalie. Unfortunately we had power outages two of the three nights. Owners can’t control that though. Biggest disappointment was that the dryer didn’t work. We did a load of laundry the day before check out and had to pack up wet clothes the next day. No response from the owners when I asked about the dryer. Saw in the guestbook afterwards that the previous guests also had the same issue

We arrived to find linens and towels draped over every piece of furniture. The dryer was not working. The kitchen had no hot water for the duration of our stay. Both bathroom showers had visible dark growth on the ceilings and walls. One bathroom sink had no water flow at all. A kitchen drawer fell out onto a guest's feet. The curtains were broken and could not be repaired. The beds were not configured as reserved. There were two wine glasses for a unit that accommodates six guests.A handyman addressed one faucet. All other issues remained unresolved.We relocated after one night. We do not recommend this property.

Great place, located close to everything!

We had not stayed in the Palm Gardens Condos - so we weren’t sure how it would be. We were happy with our stay and the host was awesome. We had a few issues and she was so helpful. Thank you!

Amazing Property

We loved our stay in this condo in St Thomas. It was very clean and spacious, plenty of room for our family of four. The beach amenities were a huge benefit. It was centrally located and a close drive to any beach or area we wanted to go to. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet location with a beautiful view

This unit was perfect for our recent visit to St Thomas. The view from the balcony was amazing for morning coffee. Facilities were in excellent working order. Having the beach chairs & cooler was a huge bonus. Owners were very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend.

Great Condo!

We stayed 5 nights eating in most of the nights. The condo's kitchen had everything we needed. The area was very quiet with a nice pool and the views were to die for.

We will be back!

First time on St Thomas and we wouldn't change a thing. The place was perfect for our family. Beds were comfy, even the pull out! Lovely view and great location, close to everything. My kids loved the cats too!

Nice place to stay, what we expected for the price.

The property managers were responsive and communicated back quickly. The house was nice and instructions were great. We had problems with the refrigerator not working and was not fixed during our stay but we improvised.

Mountain retreat

We had a great time. The property was as described. The beach equipment was awesome. We grilled on our large private balcony with a view of the ocean. The pool was nice. Had everything thing we needed.

Good spot for a st

We loved the condo. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the view from the balcony was lovely. The location allowed for easy access to shopping, beaches, and dining. If you arrive at night, just be aware it can difficult to read the numbers on the building so it can be hard to find the apartment. We would happily stay here again.

Loved the condo & the view from the balcony was phenomenal … master bedroom was big, spacey and beautiful & I loved the second entry from the master bedroom to the balcony .. they were quick with response if you need anything, they even offered transportation ( A service if you ask me ) .. they provided beach chairs, cooler, snorkeling equipment etc ( again A service ) .. apartment was clean, everything was functional as far as AC, lights, tv, & washing machine

Amazing property!

We loved our stay at this condo! The view from the balcony is spectacular with no other condos blocking the view. It is the perfect distance from crowded areas and was quiet. Nicely centrally located. Eight minute drive to Magens Bay Beach which is amazing. The decor is modern and beautiful. Beds are comfy. The nook with beach chairs, beach towels, etc is a brilliant touch! Owners are very speedy with communications. We didn’t use the pool, but it looks beautiful. We highly recommend this rental!

St Thomas Vacation

This property was spot on! Pictures of condo are accurate and even better in person. Very comfortable and relaxing for our 4 adults. Kitchen has everything you need. Having the beach towels and beach chairs are so helpful and appreciated. Very nice roomy deck for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Don’t hesitate to book this VRBO! We arrived after dark on our first day of vacation. Felt like refrigerator wasn’t cool enough for our groceries. Contacted Sydnee and a new one arrived the same day! We could not have had a better host!

The hosts were great, no issues there. The unit had good selection of appliances, cutlery, dishes, etc. Wifi was good, TV had several apps and options. It was helpful to have linen closet and access to extra towels and sheets if needed. The location is good if you have a car and it was easy to get to the places we wanted to go. It was great to have an assigned parking spot. The unit was pretty clean, but a bit tired and some things could be improved. (i.e.the outdoor patio furniture was not nice or welcoming to sit out, the floor grout was black, needing some cleaning, sliding doors are heavy and hard to open, could use some lubricant, supplying beach chairs,etc. were a nice touch but were in bad condition, hard to open/close, one wasn't usable, broken. The water pressure was very low in both bathrooms and the drywall was peeling away in the master shower. The bathtub needs to be reglazed as it's rough and patchy). It is a requirement to strip all the beds before leaving, which we did, but under the sheets were old and wearing mattress covers and pillows so this turned us off a bit. Overall, this accommodation served our needs and we appreciated having it to stay in. However, I think it may be time to spruce up the place with a few new items to freshen it up and make it more comfortable.
