Just remodeled in Summer 2022 & NEW fenced in side yard! Whether you’re escaping to the pines for a relaxing retreat or gearing up for a fun outdoor adventure, this cabin has all you need to make the most of your stay. Perfectly situated in the heart of Munds Park, this beautiful, tri-level home is a short distance drive to hiking trails, UTV off-roading, lakes, restaurants, and the public access golf course. The small town of Munds Park is a popular spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life, yet still close enough to enjoy the amenities and views of Flagstaff (20 mins.), Sedona (45 mins.), and the Grand Canyon (approx 2hrs.).

This is a great space for larger groups as it can sleep 10-12 comfortably and is fully-stocked with most essentials you will need. Upon entry, the main floor features a welcoming great room with abundant natural lighting, A-frame ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, and updated kitchen. The first floor master suite includes a newly remodeled bathroom with a double vanity and large tile shower. The upstairs boasts a spacious loft and 2 additional bedrooms with full bath. The lower level features an oversized game room furnished w/ 2 bunk beds, newly remodeled full bath, garage access, TV, and various games. The large wrap-around deck is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine and offers a convenient gas grill plus large fenced in yard to keep kids & pets safe. Just a couple doors down is the Munds Park Mountain Retreat, our other vacation rental we have owned for 10+ years, in case this one is booked. We're very familiar with the process and community and would be happy to help with any questions you may have to make the most out of your trip.

Amazing Stay

The amenities were stellar. The cabin is stunning. Close to Flagstaff and so we were able to visit Bearizona. My grandchildren loved it so much they didn't want to go home. I highly recommend this cabin.

Multi family stay in Munds Park

The area was good. About 20 mins from Flagstaff and 1 hr into the mountains. I wouldn’t recommend the house for family with toddler or smaller as there are many stairs (going downstairs for game room, kitchen in main level, and 2 bedroom upstairs). There was 3.5 bathroom as one didn’t have a shower and one restroom was not working when we stayed.

Great place!!

This place was perfect for our family. We had plenty of room. We stayed with another family (4 adults and 7 kids ages 10-17).Very clean! There were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Very cozy place! Also, great communication from property owner and assistants.

This house has everything!

This was the perfect house for our big family! It was clean, big, everyone had their own space. We had EVERYTHING we needed! Plenty of dishes, cooking supplies, towels, sheets, pillows! There wasn’t anything missing! We’ve never stayed in such a clean, well equipped, organized VRBO!

Perfect Family Getaway

With two families, 4 adults and 7 kids (15 to 9) this was a perfect home. There was ample room and was very cozy. The location is a little distance from all the activities that we had planned but was well worth it. Would stay again!

Munds Park yearly getaway

We have been visiting Munds Park every year for the last 20 years and have stayed at several different VRBO rentals. This rental is on the top of the list for our return visits.

Great family cabin

This cabin was a perfect fit for our family spring break! Lots of space, bathrooms, fun bunkroom that our kids loved. Mattie, the contact person for handling our stay, was so nice and helpful. Also very quick to respond to questions. Would definitely recommend to anybody making a trip out of Sedona and the Grand Canyon. Beautiful parts of Arizona!

Great weekend in Munds Park

There were two families of 3 and the layout left everyone plenty of their own space. The house was clean and the owner was super easy to communicate with. The neighborhood was quiet and we really enjoyed our stay. We’d definitely return.

The Perfect Cabin Vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay here! My husband and I rented this wonderful cabin with our family and 1.5 year old daughter. She loved the basement with games and big bean bags! The cabin was spotless & had a yard which was very dog friendly & gated in. Brad & his assistant Mattie were very responsive, helpful and so accommodating throughout the booking process and during our stay. We will definitely be staying here again! Our friends wanted the link because of how much they loved the place as well! Thanks again!!!

Gorgeous!

What a wonderful experience it was staying at this property! The house was perfectly cleaned and stocked with essentials to be used in the case you forgot something. It has an amazing deck, with plenty of comfortable seating for all. The check out process was quick! I will be renting again!

Fun family getaway

Thoroughly Enjoyed Updated Cabin

Brad's property was outstanding and freshly updated with new kitchen appliances, baths, flooring outdoor grill (you know it is quality when it fired up on first click). The home was very nicely appointed with plenty of towels, Keurig coffee, cozy blankets and even candles. The outdoor deck was amazing, with quality furniture and literally felt like surrounded by forest due to large trees all around. We highly recommend this property. Stairs may be bit of a challenge for some, but this home is very comfortable and the host was extremely accommodating. Brad and his assistant Mattie were ultra responsive and very friendly.

We have two children and 2 Labrador retrievers that absolutely love visiting the cabin as well! Although it's less than 2 hours from our home in Scottsdale, our schedules don't allow us to get away as much as we’d like. We love the small, quiet community feel and the proximity to the Phoenix valley. We enjoy the activities that the bordering national forest, trails, lake and golf course offer. We also love the fact that it is located between Flagstaff and Sedona - two great cities that offer very different environments and experiences. New fenced in yard is also great for dogs.

This home offers a great floor plan, multiple living areas, extended wrap-around deck, beautiful upgrades, views, a new fenced in side yard and an abundance of natural light. The recent remodel, separation of living spaces & bedrooms, interior design, custom paint and great outdoor space will make you very comfortable and feel at home. New central air conditioning and heat PLUS a new fenced in side yard as well make this a great property for all.
