We enjoy the variety of dining options, especially the speakeasies where the friendly atmosphere transports you to another time and place. There is so much to do in the PS area from shopping, hiking, eating, golfing, concerts, gambling, theater, farmers markets, tournaments, museums and so much more. The list is endless.
This condo is a special place for our family, but since we live two hours away and can't get there as often as we like, we want to share the experience with those who enjoy Palm Springs as much as we do.

Our family has been coming out to Palm Springs since we were children. 48 years ago our parents bought this condo as it was being built. We have so many fond memories and three generations of visiting here in our home away from home. We hope you enjoy your stay and make fond memories too.

During season, Palm Canyon Villas is buzzing with visitors who over the years have become friends. Many visitors seek out PCV year after year, because of its location, amenities, and great community.
