Great for families!

Loved the location and all the amenities. Apartment was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I will be staying here again when I return.

I canceled as soon as we got there it smelled disgusting! My daughter had to wait outside. We ended up staying somewhere else with no refund. Stains on the bedspreads but the smell was what made us leave. Yuck!

You won’t regret staying here!!!

House is in a gated community, very safe for families. My children even played with lots of other kids in the pool and all kids were so nice! Check-in was very easy and the staff was welcoming. The house was very clean, lots of towels and dresser space. Right from the beginning to the end of our trip, the host had top notch communication. We had no problems at all and you will not regret staying here! Location was close to everything (although traffic was heavy). We visited Cocoa Beach, Daytona Beach, Tree Trek, Universal Studios and Island H20.

We had a Wonderful (Magical) stay

We were finally able to journey from the Netherlands to the US. I was truly eager to acquaint my children with the United States, and our initial destination was Orlando, Florida. We secured this lovely accommodation at Windsor Hills. Everything was delightful, without any grievances; we relished every moment of our stay. Would recommend it to all.

Perfect Property

This condo is in a great location. Walmart is right down the road, plenty of restaurants nearby, close to Disney, and Universal isn't that far either. The check in process with security was good. There was a line of cars waiting to check in but it went quick. From then on we just drove right up to the gate. Parking was perfect, extremely close. We were grateful for the elevator to make it easier hauling in our luggage. Inside was perfect. Clean and plenty of room for our family of 5. The pool and water slides are awesome! Great for a day off from the parks, plenty of fun! They're also really close to the condo. We would stay here again.

We loved our weeklong stay at Windsor Hills. Mike made sure our check and check out process was easy and the facilities were great. We only had a10 minute drive to and from Disney. The family made sure to use the pool daily! I would highly recommend this place.

Great family stay

Great space for families! So nice to have a full kitchen and living room for everyone to be in. The grandkid’s loved the parks and pool. The only drawback was we needed to buy washcloths as there were none and the people above of us were loud after 1 am… can’t control everything. Suggestion: a booklet of that lists the phone numbers of security and the club house, good restaurants and ones to stay away from, notes to run TV apps and best directions to get to parks. We did have a Great time!

Awesome place!

We had a lovely stay with our two young kids. I will say, the furniture was not sturdy at all. Coffee table was easily about to collapse so had to be very careful around children. The back sliding door did not lock either. Other than that the condo was awesome and property was very cool.

Clean and convenient

We had a great time staying at this property. Mostly we were visiting different things at Disney, and this property location is very conveniently located to Disney and other restaurants and a Walmart and Starbucks. It may all of our needs and exceeded our expectations. The condo is extremely clean, one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in that was a rental.

Fun stay near DisneyWorld

The condo was great, a quick drive to Disney. Condo had everything we needed. We agree with all other comments that the beds were very firm. The AC broke while we were there, I let them know and it was fixed before we got back. One thing to note they ask you not to turn AC down past 73. Kind of a bummer in Florida! I definitely like it a bit cooler, and at least the window in the master would not stay open. At times it was cooler outside than inside.

Great accommodations for the price

Overall a great experience, we wish we stayed longer to use the club house. Accommodations are great and it’s very well equipped.

Great stay.

Everything was made simple with this property. Pool was great, we had what we needed, my only issue was the mattresses, they were incredibly firm. All five of us thought so.

Great Stay!

My family and I found ourselves in a pinch not having a place to stay and this property manager worked with me, got us booked and was a delight to work with! They property grounds had So much for our toddler, pool, water park, arcade and he Loved his Mickey room! The condo was clean and comfortable and perfect for the 3 of us! I would highly recommend and will absolutely come back!

Good balance of needs and affordability

This Windsor Hill property properly served the needs of my family (3 adults, two kids) on a week-long trip in Orlando. The unit was spacious enough for 5 people without tripping over each other. Our two girls (10yo, 12yo) were excited to sleep on the twin beds in the 'Micky/Minny room'. Unit was clean but only had about a 1-2 day supply of necessities (so plan for a trip to Walmart 5 minutes away for toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, ground coffee, stock the fridge). The Windsor Hills property was well maintained and both the adults and girls really enjoyed the pool area on their non-theme park 'rest days'. Location: Easy access to everything. Average about 20-30 minute drive to Magic Kingdom, Disney Springs and the Sea World Parks (highly recommend Sea World and Discovery Cove for pre-teen age group). Plenty of food/shopping within 10 minutes. Overall, we would recommend Windsor Hills and this unit.

Very close to Disney and

This property is very close to the Disney parks, Walmart, gift shops, and restaurants. If you are traveling, keep a lot of change in your car for the various tolls that only accepts exact change. The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo suited our needs while we were there. The kitchen was nice to cook breakfast in before our long days at the various Disney parks. The washer and dryer was awesome as we were able to wash all our clothes before checkout! The water park area was a hit with the kids! The unit is in a secure gated community. Now the cons. The condo was not ready when we arrived in Florida. We walked into a condo dirty and in disarray. We contacted Mike and he offered to refund our money and we find a hotel for the night. We are not from Florida, we just got off the plane and it was Father’s Day with so much traffic. Mike said give them 3 hours to clean it and get it ready. We went to dinner and Walmart until it was ready. We we arrived we had a dryer full of towels to put up ourselves. The beds are very hard, so not the most comfortable nights sleep. The curtains do not close at night in the living area for privacy at night. There are no curtains on any of the windows in the bedrooms, so the sun shines through the blinds and wakes you up even when you don’t want to. The showers both need replacement shower heads (weak shower stream in both bathrooms). The remote to the tv in the living area does not work to turn off the TV or adjust the volume, you have to get up and manually do these yourself. The 2nd bedroom table lamp does not work, so you have to get up and turn on the wall light. The lint trapper is missing in the dryer, so when you open the dryer, lint flies everywhere. The kitchen did not have pots or pans to cook with so we bought some and left them there for others. We didn’t know there was a pot or a pan until Tuesday night when we found a dishwasher full of clean dishes (by that time we already bought pots and pans). Trash was never collected from the bins on any of the days we were there. It just collected until the bench bin was full. My husband eventually took all the trash to the dumpster. Overall, the condo was okay for what we needed it for since we were gone most of the day and only there in the evenings. We wouldn’t book this location again.

Great condo

This was a great condo for staying close to the Disney parks with plenty of food options and a grocery store nearby. We spent a couple of days at the pool on our days aways from Disney and also enjoyed the slides. It was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Great condo. Owner was easy to work with and responsive when I took a wrong turn and went to the wrong condo. Condo was clean , great location on property in easy walking distance to pool. Would definitely stay in this condo again.

Our true story started with our kids who told us when we took them to Walt Disney World, “Daddy, this is the best day ever!”, and this is when we realized we have to buy a vacation home here so we can enjoy more moments like this with my family. Our Florida dream came true on May of 2017 when we went to Orlando for a week-long conference. We immediately fell in love with the city, weather, and all the exciting things we could do with our family here.

Call us crazy! We took a leap of faith and purchased our first vacation home in Florida within 2 months after we left Orlando...and it changed our lives forever.

We started our vacation rental business journey without any experience, but we knew if we kept our home clean, comfortable, fun, and unique, and made sure each guest got stellar guest service, people would book our home and continue to come year after year. Right after we purchased our first home, we began working on the design and remodel. Our goal is to give our guests, the "Best-Day-Ever" experience our kids told us when we first brought them to Disney. We made sure every room, corner, and wall had something special. We want our guests to book our home and feel excited about coming to a magical place. Our slogan is, “Don’t Let the Fun End at The Parks!”.
With this new home being a smashing success and, in such demand, we knew we had to purchase more homes so more families can enjoy. Fast forward today, we now have 20+ homes near Disney to serve our guests.
