Hands down the Best value and location for a visit to the parks! This super clean and cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a private porch and views of the conservation is just what you were looking for that perfect vacation in the Orlando/Kissimmee areas! Situated inside beautiful Windsor Palms resort and it's FREE resort amenities and only mere minutes from all of the main area attractions, the nice furnishings and linens and attention to detail will get your entire family smiling.

Nicely furnished and boasting hight quality mattresses, towels and linens, this 3 bedroom condo is set up for ultimate vacation efficiency and comfort. King size bed in primary suite features a tub/shower combo and large walk-in closet. A spacious Queen bedroom and fun Disney room with 2 twin beds and another spacious bathroom on the opposite side of the living area complete this great floor plan. Full size laundry facilities are located inside the condo and we include all of the basic necessities-such as soaps, sponge shampoo and even some coffee pods to get you started! The condo is being fully refreshed right now-so more pictures to come!!!

Our guests have exclusive access to the entire condo and free access to the resort amenities, such as large pools, splash pad, playground, trails, tennis, basketball, Clubhouse. This condo's location within Windsor Palms is very privileged, with no rear neighbors and a beautiful view of the conservation area.

This is a pet friendly condo! Please review the pet rules: Pet fee is $150.00. Only one pet less than 25 lbs allowed. Pet may NOT be left unattended inside the condo for ANY period of time and may not be allowed on top of beds or furniture. Windsor Palms has beautiful pet walking trails with poop stations-please pick up after your pet.

We can be flexible with payment terms on reservations at least 2 months into the future-just ask for a split plan!

From beginning to end the host was very interactive and in communication at all times. The rooms were clean and the property nicely furnished and indeed a home from home. The kitchen was appropriately furnished and tidy. In general this was an excellent choice for my family and look forward to using this host again in the near future.Carla was just great, very helpful and hospitable!

Such a lovely apartment! Decorated beautifully, clean and had everything I needed for a great weekend. Easy enough to have groceries delivered and parking was in front of the building all weekend, even over the 4th of July! Thank you for making a weekend so easy and comfortable!

Loved our stay here for our family Disney trip! It was a short drive to the parks. Had a beautiful resort pool just a short few-minute walk away for rest days. Price was amazing. Everything was clean. Nice little place to come back to at the end of a long day at the parks.

Fantastic stay and location

The property was very clean and just as advertised. The only issue is the kitchen overhead light didn’t work all the time (aged light fixture). Communication was easy and the location was phenomenal. Highly recommend staying here.

The condo was exactly what we needed for our extended stay in the Disney area . It had everything we needed for our 6 week adventure and it was so close to our family who lives in Florida and the parks . We are very thankful we booked it .

Great Location, great apartment

The property was located inside a gated community and was a second floor walk up. The property was clean and had a great layout to include everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Easy communication with the manager and easy access to the property.

Perfect home away from home!

Spent a week in the condo and looked forward to returning each day after exploring Orlando and its parks. Carla kept us informed of everything we needed to know. The starter pack of household items was very much appreciated. Also loved the privacy of the balcony...nice place to relax. Definitely recommend!

The condo is very nicely put together the only thing At night it seemed the neighbors above were playing a running game bc that’s what kept waking my husband and I up at night. The location was very nice and the clubhouse was very fun for the kiddos to swim and play games.

Excellent Condo

Our family of 6 stayed here while we visited the Kissimmee area. The unit is very clean, quiet and well equipped. We appreciated the use of the pack n play, high chair, crib sheets, games and a few small toys. The large pool, arcade, movie theater and other condo amenities were enjoyed by all. The owner, Carla, responded quickly to my texts and answered our questions. Highly recommended!

Perfect for us!

We loved our stay at Carla’s beautiful condo. This three bedroom condo was spacious and thoughtfully outfitted with kid friendly items, a super cute Mickey bedroom, coffee maker, and all the essentials. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. The beds and linens were comfortable. We will definitely stay here again! We loved having access to the pool and yummy pool bar/grill. The trip to Disney parks is short and there is a Walmart and plenty of food options in close proximity. The enclosed balcony was a lovely place to sit out in the morning and evening. We were so busy we never took advantage of the cute mini-arcade or theater. We were very happy with the value for our money, and would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

All in all this was a nice property; however, the condo was not clean and certain items were in need of repair. The outside building lights were out causing poor visibility and safety issues.The condo was a good 20 minutes from Disney Parks / attractions but only 10 minutes from a grocery store and shopping. The community grounds were well maintained and daily trash pickup was ideal.Communications with the property owner were spot on. Information and responses were provided timely.

The place was awesome, located close to almost everything you could want or do in your stay. I was disappointed with communications. We got in on Sunday evening, our entrance information need was not laid out, we needed, our building number, room number. Then, once security helped us work through this as best he could we messaged our host. When we reached our room, the process for entering our condo was missing the part about how to secure the place. So we messaged our host over and over, but failed to reach her, so we lost Sunday, because we could not lock up. She contacted us on Monday and after getting the lock up process... we filled each day with as much fun as we could due to our 1day loss. We enjoyed the complete set up here, from the pool, the gaming area, (all old school games) the theater was super nice, my daughter and her mom enjoyed the basketball courts and many more forms of entertainment... even the nightly wildlife

Every guest receives the same message and no one has ever missed a day due to lack of information.
