Convenience

Our business had a job on Duck Key. It was convenient to be located near the two job sites. The townhouse was exactly as described and perfect for the number of people. The host was extremely accessible and responded in a timely manner.

Meh…wouldn’t do it again😕

Upon arrival, we found two cockroaches (one dead, one alive)…that was within the first 10 minutes being inside the house. During our four-day stay, we found seven more live cockroaches; in the towels, under the chairs, crawling up the walls!! There is ZERO regulating the people who stay in the Hawks Cay Rentals. Someone was docked in OUR boat slip the ENTIRE weekend, so we couldn’t use it. The music level on some of the docked boats was deafening. The people staying in other rentals were very loud… into the early morning hours. It was ok. Wouldn’t do it again. We are returning to the keys in four weeks…won’t stay here.

Location was great

The location was fantastic however they must have renovated because the floors are not the same as the pictures. We struggled with some of the appliances not working properly and the guest bathroom toilet constantly ran. Also, the townhouse really needs a good clean. The stairs were very dirty. You can tell it’s a rental house. The boat slip that comes included is extremely convenient. Overall we would stay here again solely because of the location and the boat slip.

3rd Time Was Not A Charm

Arrived to an uncleaned, filthy location. And the AC was not working. Had to cut my chartered fishing trip short to move to another location due to this major inconvenience. Looked forward to this trip with great anticipation, definitely disappointed and stressed out on vacation!

A gorgeous getaway

It was a wonderful vacation for my children’s Graduation celebration. It was extremely spacious, with plenty of sleeping space and 2 fabulous outdoor decks, one upstairs and one downstairs. I would definitely recommend it. The only recommendation I have is that the kitchen could have had a few more pans for baking, as well as some potholders (very tricky without potholders) A few dish towel’s would have been appreciated, as well. But small inconveniences in an otherwise perfect place.

Amazing location!

The owner was so easy to communicate with and there was a welcome basket in the kitchen for our arrival. Bathrooms were well stocked with anything you might have forgotten. The location was amazing, especially if you have a boat. The listing is listed as 4 bedrooms, but the living room was considered a bedroom, since there was a pull out couch. Would definitely return to this location.

Relaxing and comfortable.

Very nice neighborhood, quiet and friendly. My family and I enjoyed the stay at Duck Key. First time in the area. The property is spacious, clean and well equipped.

Lovely

Very lovely property. Nice and clean. The snack baskets and bathroom baskets were a thoughtful and useful touch. The living room could use some side tables for the sofas. Also would be nice to have a few more necessities in the kitchen: hand soap, surface cleaning product, glass mixing bowls, hot pads, and storage with lids. We would definitely stay in this property again.

Over all good experience

The only thing negative is the design of the condo. The two showers upstairs are in the bedrooms, one should've been in the hall. But man these guys were great it was simple.
