During this visit, the Pine Mountain Club area was experiencing a temporary outage with the local internet provider, which was unfortunately outside our control and has since been fully resolved and stabilized. We always provide Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi calling for our guests. Being in a national forest, occasional ants or wildlife can appear, especially during warm summer months, but our property is professionally treated and we promptly address any reports when they arise. We also continue to improve climate control and guest comfort throughout the home. We issued a courtesy refund to help offset the inconvenience and appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. We wish you the best on your future travels.

This visit took place during a period when the Pine Mountain Club area was experiencing a regional outage with the local internet provider, which was unfortunately outside our control and has since been resolved and stabilized. Our local team is always available during a stay to address any cleanliness or maintenance concerns right away. Had we been notified at the time, we would have sent staff immediately to correct anything that was missed. We have since reviewed this stay with our cleaning team and implemented additional quality checks to ensure consistently high standards going forward. We appreciate the feedback and always use it to continue improving the guest experience.

This feedback is unfair but appreciate the 4 stars. Hosts cannot be responsible for guests Google map error as the correct address was provided by host and VRBO. Same applies with issues he has with his internet provider coverage. Guest had issues with the air conditioner, and we got someone to fix it asap the very next morning which was the soonest anyone would come during the weekend. Please note that the insurance paid for the electric Lazyboy recliner sofa repair that they broke so it did not cost him anything. We strive to make each stay a great experience and correct any issues may come up asap. That is why we are super hosts. Thank you.
