This unit does not have a pool. Somehow it’slisted that it does. Newly remodeled duplex. New appliance , new Furniture. Centrally located in the middle of town , close to shopping and restaurants. Fenced yard, garage with washer and dryer. Fully stocked with everything you will need to just show up and have a great stay!

Beautiful Cozy Home

I really enjoyed my stay. This is a cozy home and I was happy with everything. I stayed with my husband daughter and grandkids. They really enjoyed the front yard and our walks downtown after dinner. Thank you for your hospitality Lori

Restful and Easy!

We (... correction: "I" ...) messed up the arrival date, and the property manager was immediately accommodating and let us in (lucky for us, there wasn't another booking!). Thank you so much for your kindness, and for making this work - it is so appreciated!!

Lovely Cottage

Clean, Comfortable and Cozy

Perfect size for our family of 3. Kitchen was well-equipped, beds were comfortable, and large sectional couch was amazing. Check-in & check out was easy and we appreciated the centralized, heating, lighting, and locking system. Location was really good as far as close to restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Walking distance if you’re up for it. House is one block off the main street which could be loud; that was the only negative.Would definitely stay here again.

Great place

It was a beautiful little place. Very clean, great host. Could just use more wash-clothes for the bathroom otherwise perfect! Would stay here every time if we visit that area again!

This place was super cute and clean, clean, clean. Owners were very responsive. Smart Home was awesome. Very close to relatives for us made for a great Christmas. Highly recommend

Clean and comfortable

Nice place. It was very clean with updated everything. The beds were super comfortable. It was advertised with a washer/dryer but I didn’t see them.

Super clean and Adorably furnished!

Very Clean and Welcoming

Everything new and unmarred inside and out. Very comfortable. A couple minor plumbing glitches, needs additional kitchen utensils and glassware (in our opinion). Would be pleased to stay there again and in fact, plan to.

Wonderful Oakdale

My brother had a wonderful stay at this cute house. The only thing he mentioned was the bathroom drains were clogged up and did not drain properly. Other than that, it was clean, comfortable and would recommend again.

Gracious and friendly host!

Our host was amazing and promptly responded to any questions we had. Property was very clean and nicely decorated. Everything felt new. The property is well situated in town. It is on a busy street and most days we heard the local town horn at 7am but that is not the owners fault. For the most part is was quiet. We stayed with our two adult children. If you can coordinate sharing one bathroom it works out okay. All in all very nice stay!

Cozy little getaway

Our host was amazing. She was communacative and accommodating. The space was cozy and quiet nestled back a few blocks from the main strip in the small town of Oakdale which is central to modesto, turlock, ceres and waterford. Necessities were provided to do what you need to for a short or extended stay. Our rate was less expensive than a nice hotel room even after fees! We walked into a personalized welcome for our family, the place smelled great and was clean. Couldn't ask for a better value or host! Thanks Lori!

Short and sweet

We stayed at this cute cozy 2 bedroom duplex on our stopover to Pinecrest. we wish we could have stayed longer, but we only needed it for 1 night. The house was roomy enough for our family of 5 (children ages 4, 7&10). We lounged around and relaxed before the snow day. It felt as if we were home! We even have the exact same kitchen granite counter top :) Property was clean with a nicely decorated interior. Lori was very accommodating and responds to texts quickly. Thanks for the positive experience!
