Come and experience a timeless escape in this magnificent building full of charm! Let yourself be seduced by this atypical place, combining the comfort of modern furnishings with the elegance of the period. This 220 m² residence with private pool and mountain views can accommodate up to 9 travelers, and promises a most soothing stay.
It features a double reception room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 spacious bedrooms, an office, 3 bathrooms (shower and bath), and a garden with terrace and pool. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A spacious 40 m² living room, accompanied by a comfortable TV corner, and a large open kitchen fully equipped, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and hob. The kitchen opens onto the dining room and offers direct access to the terrace, garden and swimming pool.
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190),
- A laundry room,
- Bathroom with shower and double washbasin,
- Separate WC.
Second floor:
- A second bedroom with a double bed (140×190),
- A third bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200),
- A dressing room,
- A study area,
- A spacious bathroom with shower, bath and double washbasin.
- Separate WC.
Second floor:
- A fourth attic bedroom, equipped with a single bed and a queen-size bed (160x200), an adjoining shower room includes a shower and a single washbasin.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue,ping pong table, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
The grounds are entirely private and feature a swimming pool. The house faces south-east, offering morning sunshine and pleasant shade at the end of the day, ideal for enjoying summer evenings.
- The swimming pool (private, unheated) is accessible all year round, and is equipped with a child safety alarm. This free-form pool measures 11×5m, with an underwater deck ideal for young children, under supervision.
- The terrace features garden furniture with seating for four and four sun loungers to take full advantage of the outdoor spaces.

This beautiful residence is located in the very heart of a peaceful, residential area of Montauroux. This nature town, famous for its Château de La Colle Noire (Christian Dior), is just 30 minutes from such exceptional sites as Les Fontaines Parfumées in Grasse.
This interlude of nature in this residence bursting with charm is the ideal place for your reunion with friends or family.

Le Domaine des Arcs is an exceptional, fully-equipped place to enjoy a lively stay, with indoor activities including board games and table soccer, and outdoor activities in the large garden and swimming pool.
If you'd like to get out and about, the region is full of both natural and cultural activities. You can stroll along the many hiking trails and visit the shores of Lac de Saint-Cassien (paddle, pedal boat, inflatable water games) or explore nearby towns including Grasse, the city of perfume.
