The Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this charming house in Lancieux, just 300 metres from the superb beach at Saint-Sieu, with Wi-Fi, a floor area of 150 m² and accommodation for up to 10 guests. It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 300 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

The property is laid out as follows:

- A 40 m² living room with TV and fireplace (firewood not provided)
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 300 m² garden with furniture to enjoy the sunny days (partly lawned and partly tarmac). The garden is enclosed.

On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it.

The house is ideally situated in Lancieux, in a very pleasant setting. Lancieux is just a 5-minute drive from the neighbouring village of Saint-Briac-sur-Mer and 10 minutes from Saint-Lunaire. You can enjoy a range of wonderful activities such as: Dinard Golf Course (Saint-Briac), lovely walks along the GR34, exploring the markets and regional produce, and a wide range of water sports…

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park.
