We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! It was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and featured high-quality furnishings and appliances throughout. Rosie was an outstanding host who responded to any questions or needs within minutes. The hot tub was huge and worked perfectly, making it a favorite amenity for our group. A suggestion would be to update the gaming aspect. we never found the pucks ffor the air hockey, the darts for the board were bent but it certainly did not impact our overall experience. A couple of small suggestions would be to add end tables near the larger sofa. Overall, this is a fantastic cabin, and we would gladly stay here again. We all agreed that we liked how secluded the cabin felt.

Inside the cabin was amazing, the outside area was not as good as explained and as pictures showed it was over grown and could not access the fire pit. However they did send people out as fast as possible. The stay in it's self was good

Beautiful cabin and great location. Only minutes away from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Host quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay here again

Loved our home away from home for the weekend! Beautiful inside and out! Host very responsive to questions. Loved everything from the comfort of the beds to watching the Buckeyes win on the 100” projection TV to seeing the bear in the woods and yard next to cabin. Game room loft area a plus as well! Having it decorated for Christmas made it even more cozy! Secluded yet just minutes from everything. Definitely recommend!

The location was perfect for some quiet relaxation. The driveway is steep but no issue just drive sensible. The kids actually enjoyed it. The whole cabin was clean, beds were comfortable and AC kept up well with the extreme heat. We did have an issue with the water on arrival but host and maintenance were very responsive and had it fixed quickly. We enjoyed our stay

Great stay!

We had a great stay! The cabin was in an amazing location and it was so peaceful. The driveway is a little steep, but we had no problem getting up and down. The kids loved the hot tub and all the games. The theater room was definitely a plus too! The only “bad” thing I can say is the jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom had build up that came out of the jets like it hasn’t been properly cleaned, so we weren’t able to enjoy it during our stay. Otherwise it was amazing and we were definitely sad to leave.

Things were broken, light switch in the movie room, the dart board, the air hokey table, the upstairs bathroom had duck tape around the top due to leaking, the toilet was cracked, the refrigerator was leaking, the beds had dips in the mattresses, no firewood for the fire pit, the bread pans were rusted, no additional trash bags for the trash cans. Christmas decorations were still up on Valentines weekend. Speakers outside did not work. It is a very pretty cabin and we had a great time, it just needs some TLC.

This propoerty shows well online bit has not been kept up well. For instance there is mold in the washing machine, toilets werent cleaned and had rings, upstairs shower had a defect that had been taped over, cobwebs everywhere, half of the hot tub's jets didnt work and more. This unit has so much potential but it is not 5 star!

Upon arrival there was no lights in the master bedroom and the movie room upstairs had no lights the switch was burnt like it had melted. The lights in the cabin kept dimming and flickering so we think there may be an electrical issue. The host was contacted and never responded. I had to call VRBO and talk to an agent to try and resolve this issue. It was not worth the money for the amenities being the way they were and the host has yet to answer either about the issue.

It wasn’t bad but could have been better.

When we arrived at 5:30 (check-in at 4pm) the cabin was dirty. It had not been cleaned, the sheets were dirty on the bed nothing was clean. I reached out to the host who immediately got in contact with the cleaners who came out about 30 minutes later to clean. We did not get back into the cabin until 8:30pm. The hot tub had to be drained and refilled. Although I was happy it was clean it took two days to get hot making it unusable for more than half our trip. I also reached out to the host and let them know this also. The cabin overall was decent not luxury though as listed. The cabin was dirty, had not been swept, cleaned or anything prior to our arrival and the hot tub taking so long to heat up was a bummer as that’s why we rented the cabin. The cabin did have a movie theater, tons of games which kept the kids happy. The host was pleasant and kind and offered as much help as she could but I do think our experience would have been better with a clean cabin upon entry and a hot, hot tub.

I’ve stayed at many cabins in the area and this one has been my favorite by far. Spacious and private. Only bad I’d say is if it rains or is icy the driveway can be difficult getting out of. Overall I’d give a 10/10 and will definitely be staying again.
